Another non-IPA offering from NEBCo and it’s another good one! This is definitely one of my favorite sour beers so far. It pours a nice kinda hazy light yellow and has a slightly funky sour citrus smell. The taste is face scrunchingly sour at first, but with a smooth finish that lingers with some floral wheaty notes. This is a perfect summer slammer of a beer with a low ABV that won’t get you too twisted too soon. Highly recommended to fans of sours and anyone still skeptical of Nebco’s less hoppy options. Good for locking yourself in the bedroom with the AC on blast while you contemplate the existential dread of reentering the permanent workforce in America. alexsdad06 (11561) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - OCT 17, 2016

Can thanks to Adam. Pours a hazy gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is wheat, dough, lemon. Thin, tart, similar flavors to nose, crisp, crushable, very nice. aleigator (945) - GERMANY - JAN 30, 2016
Pours a crystal clear, pale golden color, with a fluffy, fizzy head.
Smells of coriander among white bread malts, together with lemon peel and a subtle tartness. A light salt note adds to crackery qualities of the malts.
Has a medium carbonation among a very light and refreshing body, while its mouthfeel is spot on, soft and creamy.
Tastes of sour lemon pulp, introducing the beers refreshing tartness from the get go, mellowed by dough and a whiff of salt. Has an aqueous lightness during the mid palate, while not turning boring due to the well accentuated sourness in this. Finishes with even more lemon peel, wrapped up by slightly toffeeish malts and a mineralic note.
This is great, easily one of the most refreshing beers I have ever had. Lemon goes all the way, from the first flavor impression to the very last one, perfectly put into the spotlight, while getting pleasantly absorbed by the malts, maintaing a great, soft mouthfeel.
