Black body with a beige head. Roasted malts all the way here, some bitter dark chocolate notes in both the nose and taste. Mild vanilla also within the flavour, along with hints of coffee grounds. A little thin in the body, but it sat with some heavy hitters on the flight, so it can be forgiven. A decent Dry Stout overall.

Near black aroma with no head. Strong chocolate fudge aroma. Dry and weak mouthfeel; roasted malt flavor with low bitterness and not much interest.
Bottle @ Yespr. Pours near black with a medium tan head. Aroma is very buttery, toffee, roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla, dried fruit. Taste light sweet, bitter and very light sour. On tap @ New English. Black pour with a khaki head. Roasted malt, dark chocolate, and a bit of ash. Acidic coffee, earthy hops, and a touch of vanilla. Flavor is lightly bitter and acidic. >> Inkier pour with red highlights and weaker foam. Nose is pretty nice smoke, surprised this isn’t listed as a smoked. Taste is thinner, smoked meat, mild ash, bitter chocolate. Palate is watery, thin. Not offensive.
