12 oz. bottle, bonus’d to me by ekoerper (thanks Ed), pours black with a small, foamy, dull beige head. Aroma is very mellow, with drip coffee being the only real discernible note. Flavour is likewise quite mellow, with notes of coffee upfront, a touch of roast and a bit of chocolate to end out the palate. Medium-bodied, with pretty subtle flavours, but pretty impressive for being sub-5%. Solid, albeit unspectacular stout.
A pretty decent coffee stout with a nice toasty coffee flavor to it. Not super exciting but solid. MrTipple (4782) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 16, 2016
Intense, dark roast coffee, dark, toasted malts, chocolate. Hazy black, medium, creamy, beige head. Light bitter and sweet. More dark, sweet, toasted malts, chocolate, dry, but not too bitter finish, soft carbonation. Very decent Stout, well-balanced, nice coffee in aroma. 12 oz. bottle purchased at the brewery. Poured black, lasting tan head. Aroma was coffee, dark chocolate. Taste was creamy, coffee, sweet. Very nice. rdixon77 (2763) - Georgia, USA - JUN 16, 2016
Pretty darn good coffee stout. Surprising really. Coffee and chocolate nose. Mild malt backbone, some Char. Mildly bittersweet the whole way. Tasty. Gespuccian (141) - Wisconsin, USA - APR 18, 2016
Smells delicious - coffee, dark roasted malt, cocoa. A dark brown/black with light head. Taste is smooth coffee, bitter chocolate, and roasted malt. Body dry, bitter, full, but a little light. More of a dry American stout; not a heavy ABV.

Pours deep brown hue with a small soapy light tan head and some ghostly lacing. Nose of coffee dusty esters slightly grainy and roast. Flavors really show the roast and dusty estwrs. Very lite body. Finish is somewhat toasty and a tad nutty. Decent stuff. Scipio (1044) - Palatine, Illinois, USA - FEB 10, 2016
Pours black with a medium beige head. Aroma consists of coffee, vanilla, roasted malt, and hints of chocolate. Coffee theme dominates here. The taste quite dry and has a very heavy coffee flavor. There is plenty of roasted malts still, as well as a healthy amount of chocolate. The aftertaste is a milder coffee. This is medium in body, has a more creamy texture, and some lively carbonation, much more than is typical for this style. Maybe not one of my favorite stouts, its still a solid offering. Pours black with a large light brown head with excellent retention. AROMA: loads of medium roast coffee, rich malt, slight vanilla, roasty, chocolate, light bitter hops, spice, slightly nutty and charred. TASTE: loads of medium roast coffee, rich malt, slight vanilla, roasty, bitter chocolate oil, light bitter hops, spice, creamy, slightly nutty and charred. AFTER TASTE: coffee, chocolate bitterness, malty, spiced and charred with an oily creamy malty finish. Frozer (240) - Illinois, USA - JAN 28, 2016
Super thick n creamy head. Fresh pressed coffee aroma emits from the the pitch black body. Smooth silky coffee notes, roasted malts hit the back end. Good carbonation for a stout. Craftman31 (3) - Wisconsin, USA - JAN 16, 2016 does not count
Dark and rich pour with a tan colored head with a taste of roasted coffee and a hint of chocolate, mild hops and not over powering in any respect, tasty.
