COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Copper Kettle Weiss is designed in the traditional style of a dark wheat beer. Rich malt flavors are accentuated through our complicated decoction mash and finally balanced with select Hallertau hops.

Stunning-looking brew, with a huge thick head (stood up an inch-and-a-half above the glass without any spillage) and cloudy copper hue. Nice lemon-banana notes in the nose, with some bock caramel as well. Flavor is complex, hard to grasp in one shot; great mouthfeel, banana again and roasted/burnt grain, with perhaps a little too much yeastiness. Nice finish. Another winner from NG, but I’ll have to have another to see if it ranks among their best.
