COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This “Nobel-Pilsner” is the creation of our brewmaster. He brought special yeast from Bavaria, combined it with Wisconsin barley and the finest Bavarian and American hops. Then employing traditional brewing methods, this Pilsner is finished with a long cold rest in our cellars. Expect this bier to be creamy and full-bodied with a smooth finish.

Nice clear golden pour with a thin white head. Aroma is grainy, crisp, clean and smooth. Some good hop character. Nice noble hop aroma. Grassy, clean. Really good.

Overall a nice taste, clean aftertaste that doesn’t stick around long. It’s a little fruitier than I normally like, but generally decent.

Bottle. Corn/barley malt aroma. Golden yellow with giant head. Sweet corny barley malt and had flavor. Medium body. Drinkable but a disappointment - more like a mediocre pale lager.

Bottle. Caramel color with an off white head. Sweet citrus and hay. Full of flavor and no skunk. Wish all pilsners were like this.

12oz bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a finger of fluffy white head. Aroma of grassy and bit of a fruitiness. Taste is crisp, sweet citrus, and light honey.

Dragonfly1 (500) - Colorado, USA - JUN 17, 2013
Bottle. Pours a rich golden orange with lots of bubbles and a good foam. Aroma is very light, just getting a little bit of grain, corn, and some alcohol. The softness of the beer hits me right away, a softness of grains and mild mandarin orange sweetness. Finish is super clean, with light malt sweetness again at the end. Well made, could put a few of these down.

Aroma: light pils malt, hints of sulfur, some crisp and spicy hop character. Appearance: brilliantly clear golden, thick white head with good retention, leaves spotty lacing. Taste: cracker and light pils malt notes, very clean and refreshing, nice spicy hops, medium bitterness, just a bit of sweetness in the finish. Palate: light/medium body, medium carbonation. Overall: really great brew, refreshing and clean.

Nice aromatics out of the gate....nice bready sweet malt aroma and spicy hops also. Deep yellow in color with nice thick white head. Nice rich malty sweetness up front, balanced with slightly bitter and spice hop flavor. Crisp, not so dry...finishes on the sweet side. Refreshing.
