Pours golden with a moderate, light head. Aroma is lightly hoppy, some wheat. Mouthfeel is pretty heavy for this style. Nice change of pace. Flavor is somewhat sweet, wheaty, with a light hop bite. Bockyhorsey (2628) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - AUG 10, 2007

poured into tulip. pours a clear sparkling golden yellow with moderate white head. light gold, fresh crisp aroma of slight hops. light crisp taste, true to the style in its crispness, dry finish. good light and classic, with maybe a very subtle hop bitterness in finish. markas101 (2451) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - AUG 5, 2007
33 cl bottle, Fargo. Pronounced hop aroma, warm bitterness in the flavor, long finish. Very nice. prosqtor (408) - Appleton, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 5, 2007
I’m not sure why I don’t like this beer. All the ingredients are there for a great brew to be loved by me, but I think it’s a little acidy, and there was something not quite right about the mouth-feel of the beer. Not the best beer from a pretty good brewery. From a bottle.

Thanks Ben! Had this one bottled at the lodge at Dixon Lake Resort, Squaw Lake, Minnesota. Cloudy, light orange pour with a thin, bubbly head, piney hoppiness, very drinkable and balanced. Good! kreepindeth (404) - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA - AUG 4, 2007
Herbal hop aroma. Pours a transparent straw color with a quickly dissipating bright white head.mouthfeel is medium to thin but very quenching. Very nice clean bitter hop kick in the finish. egranum (6) - USA - JUL 31, 2007 does not count
Bottle. Surprised at how light and airy the taste was at first with a quite hoppy aroma. Very smooth with a light, almost sweet aftertaste. More flavorful than Spotted Cow, yet lighter. ogglethorp (917) - Ohio, USA - JUL 31, 2007
Bottle. Pour is a light golden color with a crisp thick white head and some nice lacing. Aroma is clearly hoppy, grainy, some toast. Flavor is well hopped some floral and grassy notes with a fair amount of grain and not much sweetness. Palate is medium to light bodied, medium carbonation finishes slightly sweet at first then bitter. A great beer for the sytle. Great beer to ween folks from macro swill. 12 oz bottle. Clear, sparkling gold with a small, oat-colored, puff of head. Doughy nose with lemon. Medium body but full for a pilsener. Begins with some coppery tang then dough, apple and lemon pith. Pleasant bready drying with hints of orange peel.
