Moon Man is a seriously cool cat. Always comfortable in his own skin, he never tries too hard. So cool we named our "no coast" pale ale after him. You hold a session beer with a bright bold blend of five hops that flirt obligingly with the smooth malty backside. Don’t let this one lay around it is brewed to be enjoyed today. Bold and engaging without pretense, because in Wisconsin you do not have to be extreme to be real. Just be.

You think that star voyager Neil Armstrong was carrying this on Apollo 11? HELL NO! That wily bastard stowed away an illicit amount of Blatz for his mayhem filled descent to the Lunar Surface. THINK ABOUT IT: the FIRST BEER ON THE MOON: BLATZ!!!! Although this stuff may have been used for ballast in his fuel tanks. When you are looking for astronomical fun on a UNIVERSAL scale, stick with Blatz, the preferred drink of wasted astronauts and pie-eyed astronomers since 1851! Don’t question it, believe it.

From the tap at the brewery. Pours hazy, yellow in color with a white head that lasts. Strong hop aroma, with grapefruit, lemon zest, and orange- nice. Fruity taste with bitterness on the finish. Overall, a really nice pale ale.

Gusto deciso, leggermente amarognolo, schiuma scarsa e apparenza da migliorare ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a slightly hazy golden orange on tap with bubbly white head that dissipates to leave moderate lace. Aroma of breast pale malts and mild citrus and earthy hops. Taste follows, clean and easy, very well made. Bucket list.

Can into a snifter showing well filtered honey brown with a half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows sharp and bitter pine hops. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Resinous pine blends harmoniously with the malty pale ale profile throughout. Reminds me of drinking a New Glarus fruit beer without any fruit. Not bad for a pale but not great either.

Average at best. Not much taste or flavor. Not one of new Gladys best efforts. Would rather have something else ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from the bottle a clear golden color with a fluffy head. Pine and bitter citrus aroma. Very floral. Taste is well balanced with a mild bitterness. Solid pale ale.
