large off white head, clear pale yellow/orange color. Nose is great, floral, vanilla. taste is very light with a slow easy bitter end. Could use more malts for balance. Not too impressed. degbert (1774) - Austin, Texas, USA - MAY 30, 2011
Bottle, courtesy of arminjewell. Pours an amazingly vibrant yellow-gold with a white, large-grained head. Nose is very herbal/resiny -- rosemary, mint, thyme, and sage all come into play. Lots of citrus on the tongue; grapefruit and more herbs, along with malt. Very rich and luxurious mouthfeel for a PA. I am beginning to wonder if New Glarus makes anything that isn’t terrific. rayl101 (163) - Brownstown, Michigan, USA - MAY 26, 2011
Pours brilliant gold with a inch thick creamy head on it, leaving huge amounts of thick lacing in my glass. Aroma is malty sweet with hints of honey, and floral hops. Body is medium. Flavor is crisp, smooth malt with notes of honey, with a sweet smooth finish. Excellent! thewolf (12631) - Kolding, DENMARK - MAY 17, 2011
Bottle. [thanks, Lau]ngeunit1 (1555) - Waltham, Massachusetts, USA - MAY 3, 2011
Pours light hazy yellow golden with a medium, creamy, white head. Aroma has lovely peach, citric, pine, resin and grapefruit. A great hops aroma. Lowish aroma, a bit thin and watery. Flavour is a bit resiny sweet, light grapefruit and peach bitterness and mild malty backbone. So sad that the flavour is so limited compared to the very lovely aroma. Still a beer I would drink if offered :o)
A - Pours a rich and clear golden orange color with a finger-plus of frothy white head. The head fades slowly down to spotty layer with nice lacing left behind on the glass.
S - Lots of citrus and grassy hops in the aroma. Some biscuit/bread malts are also there beneath the hop aroma.
T - Starts off with some sweet malt and lemon flavor. The citrus hop comes in right after with some mild bitterness. Through the middle, some grassy hops come through with some floral hops and other floral flavors. The finish adds a bit of spices alongside and the flavor lingers just a touch.
M - Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. Super clean and crisp. Fairly light without feeling watery and empty. The finish is unbelievably clean and just slightly dry.
D - Super drinkable. The flavors here are nice and balanced and far from empty, but the whole thing feels crisp and super refreshing. The finish is really nice.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a clear gold with white head. Aroma of pine, grain and some malt. Flavor is same as aroma. Mouth feel is light body with high carbonation. Overall, this brew is refreshing and tasty! BuckeyeBoy (7975) - Boise, Idaho, USA - APR 19, 2011
12oz Bottle thanks to Sam. Pours out golden in color topped with a white head. Aroma was of citrus and pine hops along with a light sweet malt. Taste was more of the hop mix along with a little caramel sweetness and some light bread malts.

"Had two of these yesterday, super impressed with the taste. Really love the last two brews NG put out. Is it just a matter of time before they let me down...? i highly doubt it...These guys are on a roll. Cloudy orange, fresh hops and grass on the nose. Taste is citrusy, well done grapefruit and pine throughout. Really straightfoward, not overdone, just perfect in every sense. I will be sure to pick some more up in the near future." Aroma floral hops, with a note of fruit in the back. It’s very light colored and a good take on an IPA. Hops don’t linger all day, but it is not an all malt finish either. EHopper (620) - Minnesota, USA - APR 16, 2011
Clear yellow gold with a white head. Combination of bright fruits, intense floral, and something like caramel or nugget. Does all fit together right for me.
