3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Source: 12 oz bottle from local retailer.
Aroma: Moderately powered smell to this beer. The hops smell is prominent, but I also smell a light bit of citrus.
Appearance: Very clear pour, color is of light amber. Light white and bubbly head tops the pour.
Taste: Hops come through first and foremost but are by no means overpowering. There’s a mildly sweet fruitiness that comes through as well. The two flavors sort of balance each other out and prevent bitterness or sweetness from taking over.
Palate: Medium to medium-thin body on this one. Taste doesn’t exactly stick with you, though.
Overall: A crisp and tasty "easy drinker". This is the kind of beer I’d want on a hot summer day.
Appearance: honey wheat; slight head
Taste: light hops for an IPA

Moderately strong citrus-dominated aroma. Clear pale gold, 1/2 inch thick only slightly off-white head, leaving plenty of lacing. Moderate amount of visible bubbles. Thick and smooth mouth feel for the style. Very slight initial bittering that quickly fades away. The flavor is mostly from the hops, and is a very nice orange juice citrus; not bitter acid citrus like many have. Very mild and smooth contribution from the malts. The aftertaste is juicy orange fading nicely inviting another drink. Absolutely wonderful. This one might cause me to drive to Hudson more often! melchizedek3 (3) - Saint Louis, Missouri, USA - SEP 8, 2017 does not count
