COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with flaked barley and the finest Wisconsin malts. We even give a nod to our farmers with a little hint of corn. Naturally cloudy we allow the yeast to remain in the bottle to enhance fullness of flavors, which can not be duplicated otherwise. Expect this Ale to be fun, fruity and satisfying.

Yeasty aroma. I didnt like the sample at the brewery so I only got a 6 pack-should have bought a case. I like this...goes good with a Sunday afternoon football game.

Bottle. Poured a very pale, hazy golden with little wisps of off-white head. Very mellow aroma of malted wheat, light honey, and just a little corn. Smooth and clean on the palate, but really had nothing exciting to it. Flavor was not un-like the aroma. This came across as a creamy malt liquor, with more thought and money spent for ingredients, and less emphasis on the booze. Im a big fan of most of their other offerings, though.

Courtesy of Bockyhorsey. <P> Mild grain and light alcohol in the aroma. Hazy yellow color. No head. Cool and refreshing with very little taste. Mild malty sweetness int he aftertaste. It is actually pretty dang thirst quenching though. It makes you take big gulping sips.

Overall, a nice looking beer. Golden straw color with nice carbonation. Light malty grain aroma, similar to a light lager. Medium slick body. Flavor is like a deeper tasting BMC product. Malty grain, corn, a bit of syrupiness. Nothing fancy but nothing off either.

Cream Ales are soooooooooooo boring. Like flat lager this doesnt have any character at all. The flavor says "whatever", and rolls its eyes. I suppose if its late at night you could drink one. It will bore you to sleep.

Light malt aroma. Cloudy yellow pour. Sickly dry malt flavor. Tart finish. Why do people brew Cream Ales?

I tried a number of these over different weeks to test consistency. The beer moves from a flat, low body ale to a yeasty flavor over random bottles. I dinked the flavor rating because of this. Overall: A mid-grade beer, good for bulk drinking at cookouts. For the same price, you can get Bells Oberon which is a grade better.

I like cream ales in general...great round mouthfeel and satisfying going down. Fruitiness reminds me of farmhouse type ales. This one is decent but not remarkable.

This beer is cloudy from the yeast...dont expect a bottle to look the same as tap. In fact, I have had some pints from a tap that resembled flan--in looks only. Good beer, a little sweet.
