Brewed with flaked barley and the finest Wisconsin malts. We even give a nod to our farmers with a little hint of corn. Naturally cloudy we allow the yeast to remain in the bottle to enhance fullness of flavors, which can not be duplicated otherwise. Expect this Ale to be fun, fruity and satisfying.

Bottle: Pours a cloudy golden straw color with a thin lacy white head. There isn’t much in the nose, maybe a hint of alcoholed tropical fruit and a touch of must. The beer goes down easy with fairly light body and slick texture to go along with a medium carbonation. The taste is medium sweet with no bitterness at all. Some nondescript "citrus fruit" flavors in the middle with a honey sweetness in the finish. It’s actually pretty refreshing. I’d be alright putting down a few of these around the campfire instead of some fizzy light lager, that’s for sure!

12 oz bottle acquired through trade. Nice flavors of funk and farmhouse flavors with a bit of orange peel thrown in. Really balanced and drinkable.

Pours a slightly hazed golden color with white head. Light bodied moderately sweet. Notes: on tap in Milwaukee

This is an average American beer. Not outstanding in the least. I compared it to Pabst Blue Ribbon side by side. It is no better and in my opinion not quite as good. The main difference being a slightly slippery mouth feel as opposed to the crisp finish of Pabst. Only a slightly different balance. I actually preferred the Pabst.

Clear amber, sweet, decent palate, malty, reminiscent of earlier cream ales. Treated by Gary and Nancy in Deerfield, Il. $9.99/six pack 12oz bottles from Wisconsin

A traditional German lager under Reinheitsgebot. Nice malt hop mix with that cold lager finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

12 oz bottle from the variety pack, from Keyport Liquor in Superior, WI. Aroma is dough, chalky candy, corny, sweet malts, spicy. Pours hazy golden with a one finger white head that falls into a ring pretty quick. Taste is sweet and a bit spicy, flavors of Belgian yeast with bubblegum character, grain. Perfect mouthfeel. Not bad. I don’t see how it’s a cream ale, though. I’ve heard it’s a farmhouse ale, which is closer to what I’m tasting. Maybe it should be in the saison category?

Bottle courtesy of Drake. Thanks much! I threw this in the freezer and perhaps left it there a tiny bit too long as it’s not exactly slushy, but... Anyway, pours golden with a slushy white head. Letting this warm a bit before I go any further. Aroma is slightly sweet grains, minor grass. Flavor is very similar. Sweet grass, grain, hint of fruit.

Typical farmhouse ale. It's limited distribution gives it more hype than it deserves. Either way keeps me having one when I can get it ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Heard a lot about this beer over the years. Finally got to try it at Wisconson Dells. Got a 12 pack and had on tap. It’s good. Drinks smooth but plenty of malt. Nothing I’d drive over the boarder though to get.
