Brewed with flaked barley and the finest Wisconsin malts. We even give a nod to our farmers with a little hint of corn. Naturally cloudy we allow the yeast to remain in the bottle to enhance fullness of flavors, which can not be duplicated otherwise. Expect this Ale to be fun, fruity and satisfying.

Bottle: Pours a cloudy golden straw color with a thin lacy white head. There isnt much in the nose, maybe a hint of alcoholed tropical fruit and a touch of must. The beer goes down easy with fairly light body and slick texture to go along with a medium carbonation. The taste is medium sweet with no bitterness at all. Some nondescript "citrus fruit" flavors in the middle with a honey sweetness in the finish. Its actually pretty refreshing. Id be alright putting down a few of these around the campfire instead of some fizzy light lager, thats for sure!

A beer for true Wisconsinites. For anyone who takes a trip to Wisconsin, you need to try some Spotted Cow.

The ol classic spotted cow. Color is bright golden yellow with a fluffy white head. Aroma is light grain and straw. Slight cereal sweetness. Easy to drink and the go-to beer to order at the local bar in Wisconsin. No frills, just a good solid drinking beer.

12 oz bottle. Hazy yellow with a dense white head. Aromas of lemon, white sugar, corn, and cream. Creamy, silky with simple malts, lemon, and just a bit of bitterness in the finish. Very clean and easy drinking.

Bottle. A- Grains, subtle cream. A- Yellow color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Sweet corn, grains, cream, soft fruits. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Honestly not for me. I am glad I finally got to try it but I can see why its so beloved among Wisconsin natives and non craft beer drinkers. Still a solid beer for what it is.

Bottle. Bready malt aroma with notes of corn, fruit and light hops. Pours opaque golden colored with a moderate off white head that has good retention and lacing. Starts with bready malt and corn flavors with a light smooth body, probably a product of the flaked barley. Finishes smooth and clean with light fruitiness and hoppiness. Nice, no frills cream ale.
