Ah, that rare thing, an understated Belgian ale.. Bottle. Cloudy golden colour with lovely white head. Aroma of banana and flower. The flavour is somewhat malty and just enough on the sweet side. We get hints of caramel, grain, spices, citrus and honey throughout. Sweet finish. Medium bodied. So smooth, tasty and well balanced. Thank you, New Glarus.
I didn't take any extra notes when I tried this beer for the first time but I'm gonna try it again and update my comments.

somehow mixes aspects of a belgian blonde ale, wit, and trippel. nice beer, if just a touch on the boring side, for them anyway. super high carbonation, looks like a wit, or maybe a blonde. clean zesty citrus notes and flavor and some spice. clean and dry." Thanks to HisBoyElroy. Pours a transparent gold color with a white light minimal head. It has a light lemon cough drop aroma. A very light flavor. Very drinkable. A big wheat flavor with some malty spice. A unique brew. drsordr (2635) - Loveland, Ohio, USA - JUN 13, 2014
Several year old bottle (around 2010) pours slight hazy orange gold. Nose slightly sour, tart fruit, mild floral, some sweet malt. Taste Belgian sweet up front, light citrus, then some continued sweetness. Fleeting spice, but fairly well balanced for an older bottle. jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - MAY 7, 2014
Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear gold with a finger of white head. Aroma is fruity with some spicy Belgian yeast. Taste is light sweet and follows aroma. Yeasty. Full bodied with a somewhat thick and creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a decently long finish. Pretty good.

Bottle. A nice Belgian ale. Pours a bright golden yellow. Some haze and a white head. Nose is Belgian yeast. Some spice and wheat. The taste adds in lemon and banana. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 24, 2014
Reviewed from notes: aroma has spice, floral notes, and citrus. Spice on the palate which is balanced nicely by the spice. Malty on the finish. markducommun (1096) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 16, 2014
Light gold, white head. Clove, sweet smelling breadiness. Some small amount of fruitiness. Slightly sour, bitter. Predominantly malty sweetness. Mid body, small amount of carbonation. Really pleasant mouthfeel. Nice, quite malty for a Belgian ale. Well balanced.

12 oz. bottle. It pours a hazy yellow color with a dense white head. Lots of streaming bubbles. The aroma is up front with banana, pepper, dried fruit and baking spice. The flavor is pretty dry and crisp with some light bready malts, doughy yeast, banana, and some light acidity before a spicy, frothy finish. Mild baking spice at the end. Nice and light bodied, but not really my cup of tea. SudsMcDuff (8387) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - FEB 26, 2014
finally get to try this, had a bottle break in one of my first trades. i didn’t lick the glass shards.. . . earthy and mild, mild yeast .. . perfect mouth, clean finish .. . . the main reason I don’t go skydiving is because it involves jumping out of a plane.
