Bottled: earlier Looks like a Berliner with light yellow color, three ever growing fingers of bone white suds from the continuous column of bubbles from the most inferior aspect of the glass. Smells like lemons, white grape skins, some funk, a little metal, some grain and lacto sharpness. Soon as the head dies down a hair I’m gonna taste it...Nice lightly crisp ale with some pear, some lemon (sweetened) a grain and rice mix, some light tartness and a bit of almost sweetness on the finish. Looks light, but feels heavier than I had anticipated, nice razor carb and a wet finish. I like this beer, I would drink all day from the can on the lakes.

Bottle into a snifter showing well filtered whitish yellow with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately tart notes of bread and biscuit with light notes of banana and citrus. The palate is full bodied and well carbonated. Lightly tart with flavors of light banana and lemon. Simple and easy berliner weisse.

Hazy golden pour with a big, rocky, frothy bone white head. Aroma was light lemon, white wine, yeast. Flavors were slightly tart, fresh lemon, cereal malts, simple yet elegant. Lively, champaign like carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Shared 12 oz. bottle of the 2017 version, poured to snifters displaying a hazed, light golden color, with a fluffy layer of white head foam, and dots & dashes of lacing. The nose was light yeast, soft wheat, lemony tartness & tanginess, a bit dusty, with some grass & greenery. The taste was similar, light to medium bodied, with decent spritz to the effervescence, and a pleasantly dry finish. Nicely balanced & perky refreshment.

12fl oz bottle poured into an English pint. Clear sparkling gold with a modest white head. Fruity aroma. Flavor is a blast of sour. Holy crap! I almost spit this out. My girlfriend poured this for me for a blind rate. I was not expecting that. Still, even after several sips, it’s incredibly sour. I didn’t like this at first but it grew on me. Not a bad Berliner- never thought i would say that. 1. GF knows I am not a fan of Berliner weiss. 2. Don’t give anyone a Berliner weiss blind. Ever. 3. Seriously. Who does that??? 4. OK, do that if you want to laugh… and you’re an ass. 5. For real, I wish I had thought to do that.

2016 bottle. Aromas of white grapes, light malts, sweet corn, faint straw. Hazy golden pour with a foamy frothy white head. Flavors of white wine, chardonnay, tart grapes, white bread. Slight tart semi-dry pallate. The smoothest Berliner Weisse I’ve had. Not my favorite style but well done.

Very cloudy very light yellow pour, fairly effervescent, quarter inch or so of crisp white head. Aroma has subtle fig, strawberry, raspberry, some subtle waxy yeast. Average carbonation, frothy light mouthfeel and a slight bit tart, finished very crisp and dry. Flavor of tart fruits like raspberry, Apple and pear, lemongrass, hint of wheat.
