A few times a year we cut Dan loose to brew whatever he choose. Always handcrafted, the bottle you hold is brewed for the adventurous soul. This is a very limited edition and we make no promises to ever brew this style again. A provocative 85 IBUs reverberates cleanly through this Double IPA. True hop saturation from kettle boil to dry hop cellaring dominates this elegant and lustful sensory enchantment. You hold a deceptively seductive Original Gravity of 19.2 Plato, now 9% ABV following the always 100% natural bottle fermentation. Luscious English Maris Otter malt is the essential heart of this voluptuous double IPA. Surrender is inevitable so enjoy now.

Bottle. Not one of NGs better beers. Opaque darker gold pour. Decent head an lacing. Nose and taste are citrus, hops, some malt but not enough. There are just too many other better choices out there but this will do in a pinch. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a lighter copper with a white h2ad. Aroma is pine and earthy sweetness. Taste is slightly bitter. Very sweet and candyish body. Nice double IPA.

What a great beer, everything you would look for in a well balanced double IPA. a great west coast style IPA from the heart of America. this should be a year round beer. I would by it (if it was available in PA) by the keg. reminds me of a fuller bodied sculpin.

Bottle enjoyed last night from Mr. Ed. WILBUUURRR! Pours gold with a big foam off white head that leaves a layer of lacing. Nose of pine and grapefruit. Taste is plenty bitter, adds a layer of mango and mellon midway. Body is full. How much weed does on have to do to make a sitcom around the concept of a talking horse?

Bottle. Dark golden pour with white head. Herbal, spice and earthy hop aromas. Flavor is spices, citrus and with a bit of sweetness.

Bottle ftom Mars Cheese Castle. Pours much clearer and lighter thsn expected, a light orange with minimal foam. Aroms is musty, earthy, with orange peel and alcohol. This is thick and syrupy. Very prickly carbonation, taste is still musty, hops are very bitter, although the bitterness isn’t defined... not citrus or floral, i guess maybe more on the piney side of things. This is a good beer, but overall pretty straightforward. Expecting more for $14.00 a 4-pack.

Bottle courtesy of Madbeerbaron. Grapefruit, mango, apricot, sugary caramel malt aroma. Hazy honey gold with a small white head. Sweet caramel malt, musty citrus, tropical fruit flavor with an herbal grassy bitter finish. Body on the lighter side of full, moderate carbonation.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy golden orange color with an inch of fluffy white head. Big tropical and citrus fruit aromas. Taste and aroma are very hop forward. Pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, orange peel, lemon rind, some bitter pine at the end, and balanced by some sweet bready malts.
