Beerlando (3342) - Orlando, Florida, USA - AUG 23, 2010
500ml bottle, courtesy juiceisloose. Pours a pure, clear golden color with a small, smooth head of off-white foam. Some minimal lace spotting shows on the glass. The nose is as clean as a whistle, yet substantive. Starting out with the freshest possible flaked corn, grain, and straw, the moderately dry aroma suggests hints of baking bread and a good amount of grassy, softly peppery hops. It just smells refreshing as hell, literally begging a mouth watering reaction. Flavors are perfectly, and I mean perfectly balanced. There’s a very light and subtle grain sweetness, like under cooked bread that has just a bit of sugar left in it, while dry grains and grassy-floral hops add an excellent, bittering counterpoint. The body is crisp and mostly light, but there is some satisfying substance to it, and fine but lively carbonation provides for spot-on distribution of the the quenching elixir. Hot damn this stuff is good! Hedonistically speaking, it won’t turn many heads, but those who appreciate a fine session pils will go nuts for this stuff. Fantastic beer.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours clear orange with a white head. Aroma of grain lageresque. Earthy hay. Sweet grain herbal. Dry earthy finish. ok. 6/3/6/3/13

A mildly carbonated straw gold with massive white head. Malty aroma with faint lager yeast. The body is very crisp and refreshing. Another great lager from New Glarus.

Petrucci914 (910) - Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 14, 2010
Pours a crisp light golden color with a medium off-white soapy head. Aroma is grassy soapy hops, light citrus, and light bready malts. Taste is much the same. Finishes very crisp and clean. What Pilseners should be measured by.

Thanks for sharing bro! Pours a clear golden yellow color with white fluffy head that quickly fades. Aroma is of grassy hops, sweet bread, light malt and fruity notes. Taste is sweet malt, grassy and fruity notes and light biscuit notes. Everything is delicately balanced and complex. Delicious.

Courtesy of Rando7. Yellow-gold, good carbonation, pours with a thick long-lasting fluffy head. Fresh cut grass and herbs in the aroma along with some biscuty notes, hay, and hops. Flavors show corn, malty sweetness, grass, dry breadiness, and crisp hops. Solid and refreshing. Good Pils. Thanks Randy!

500 ml bottle from willblake, thanks Jon. Poured a deep clear gold body with some gently rising carbonation and a large fluffy bright white head. Aroma of grassy hops, fresh cut grains, straw, white grapes and honey. Fuller bodied with strong carbonation and a slight crisp finish that has a mild duration on the aftertaste. Flavor is sweeter then the aroma with lots of honey coated grains, white grapes, toast, grass and dry hop cones. Solid beer all around.

Wonderful fresh bread aroma, one of the best smelling pilsners i have ever experienced. Very clear light gold. Cereal malts make initial impression, but quickly those bittering hops charge forward, and eventually dominate subsequently you are purely dealing with those hops. Mighty highly charged,as there is a little bite in the finish. To many little things that dont quite make it for me to pay this price(6 bucks for a 500ml bottle)

HonkeyBra (4044) - Lemont, Illinois, USA - JUL 27, 2010
Picked up a 500ml bottle at the brewery. Clear, golden pour with medium white head, lots of bubbles. Crisp aroma of hops, fresh bread, grass. Some biscuits and cereal also. Very nice. Flavor is mostly dry, pils malt with Hallertau hops. Bready, dry with a touch of honey sweetness. Crisp hop finish. This is a pretty well-balanced, delicious lager.
