Belgian Red is a tapestry of flavor. This beer is brewed with whole Montmorency Cherries, Wisconsin farmed wheat and Belgian roasted barleys, lagered in oak tanks and balanced by Hallertau hops we aged in our brewery one full year. Over a pound of Door County Cherries in every bottle makes this beer uniquely “Wisconsin.” So unique, in fact, that we applied for a patent. Expect this beer to be ruby red, with a medium body that is highly carbonated and intense with cherry flavor and bouquet.

Like the raspberry, this cherry beer is a perfect representation of a sour cherry beer. Find it and savor every drop.

This beer is easily one of my favorite beers. Cherry cobbler aroma and taste. I could drink this all day. This and Raspberry Tart make me wish I lived in Wisconsin.

So good cherry aroma, Very raisin malts and slight roasted malts that adds so much to the multi dimensional. Great OAK. Slight wine and very tart. ANOTHER MUST!!!

Medium body and carbonation, full of cherries and lightly sweet malts. Very berry fruity flavor with some mild tartness.

750-ml bottle imported by a friend from the brewery. surprised the label didn’t give the abv. label called it a marriage of wine and beer, i thought it was halfway between beer and fruit (cherry) juice. gorgeous clear ruby color, red even through the green bottle. medium body, creamy. at most lightly tart. should have high oxygen radical absorption capacity.

I have to give this a perfect score. Gorgeous deep amber color. Smells of fresh baked cherry pie, flowers, and a hint of vinegar. Very sweet, but with a nice balancing sourness. No evident hop flavor. Tastes of cherries, vinegar, bit of malt. Just an exceptional beer, easily the best fruit beer I’ve ever had. Hunt this one down!
