Smooth round and nice slightly malty nose. The beer starts fresh and round. Great malty, intense but fresh, lots of caramel, not much grain. Full bodied, highly drinkable. Deep with a ice smooth roasted caramel layer. Fresh, sessionable with depth. Absolutely great brew!

Interesting beer...style I haven't rated. Kind of a creamy cloudy lager, pretty much tasted like an almost milky lager. Strange, fun to try.

Bottle pour avg gold with thin white head that rapidly dissipates to nothing. Nose crystal malt, green apple, crisp smells. Taste similar to nose, apple and light cracker. No off putting flavors just not my style. Sweeter finish.

Bottle courtesy of nuplastikk, thanks! Slightly hazy golden yellow color. Aroma of marshmallow, light lemon, straw. Taste has more marshmallow, raw bread, subtle citrus. Nice.

Bottle. It poured a yellow color with a white head. The aroma was of lemon, dough and some malts. The taste was similar to the aroma with more bread, tart lemons and some light floral hops. Nice.

Thanks Cheryl for this one. Golden clear orange body, white fizzy head, some bubbles. Sweet grain aroma. Taste is also quite sweet, candy, dried fruit, grains a touch of bubblegum etc. A little thinner on the palate than I was expecting. Not bad.

12 is. bottle. Pours murky golden with thin, white head that quickly dissipates to a ring along the glass. Aroma is a very sweet, yeasty essence that is quite strong. You can smell it immediately upon opening. Initial taste is somewhat weak with an aftertaste of dough and yeast. A sweet and yeasty golden drink that goes well with salty foods. Average beer, below average for New Glarus.

Pours a light copper with a thick soapy off white head. Aroma is yeasty with a slight note of honey. Taste is slightly sweet with honey and then a ton of bread on the tongue. The yeast here causes a bit of bitterness that really kills the backend of this beer.
