Poured with a hazy golden body and a bountiful pillow of white capped head. The aroma and flavor bring some traditional and some non-traditional lager note… grassy, sweet with honey and grainy All-Grain beady suggestions, yet a lightly tart doughy lemon peel in the finish. This bier has a grand texture on the palate… a nice balance of soft and full… ahhhhhh
Transparent copper orange in color. Crisp, pale, pils malt aroma. Fluffy biscuits and lemon zeal also contribute to the smell. Light and bready flavor. Golden sweet corn. an orangish yellow w/ a little cloudiness and a white head that broke up quickly.

12 oz bottle. Cloudy gold with a small head. Aromas are sweet biscuit, grains and malt. Taste is nicely hopped, slightly sweet and really smooth. Starts off crisp and mellows out nicely. If it weren’t for the faint lemon taste, it would be too sweet but it’s damn nice.

Pours honey-gold with a quickly fading layer of off-white head. Mild mint/dill hop aroma, with sweet malt undertones. Some strange tangy vegetal tastes, sweet and earthy. Not bad, but strange. Doughy/bready finish. Palate is fairly full, and a bit flabby. I understand the "fresh from the tank" concept here, but overall, it tastes more rough around the edges than fresh. Golden cloudy yellow with some copper. White head that faded quickly. Aroma of doughy yeast, light hay malt and some citrus. Flavor is sweet, buttery malt with a short touch of grassy bitter. Cloudy deep yellow pour with nice white head. Wondeful sheets of broken lacing. Strong apple and wheat aromas, with pleasent rustic cellar background. Sugary and fairly bland on the palate, except for some ethereal depth that I couldn’t put my finger on. Notes of honey and yeast. Palate is too watery. Very drinkable, would try again. From the Facto! Deliciously buttery, bready, crackery. Traces of nuttiness (not sweet, though, more walnut) and bark. I love love love this style. Bottle-conditioned glory, with a steely, crisp noble spicy hop character.
