COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This ale was crafted to showcase the uniqueness of our proprietary French farmhouse yeast. Pouring a brilliant gold, it opens up with a fragrant bouquet of fruits, sweet orange, and citrus. A blend of five different malts creates a subtle, cracker-like middle. A touch of Noble hops compliments our yeasts tangy characteristic to land this sparkling ale with a thirst-quenching dry finish.

Spritzy nose with lemony and pear-drop notes. Moderate bitter-sour flavor with a noble hop flavor and a backbone of malty sweetness. Medium-light body. Clean, subtly bitter finish without any astringency or harshness. Wonderful, refreshing summer beer with a moderate sourness and a maltiness that completes the flavor and adds interest and body.

Pours a finger of head on a hazy straw body.
Aroma is orange, banana and pineapple. Bright.
Taste starts with a hit of fruit sweetness, then turns to grapefruit bitter. Nice.
Texture is crisp.
Enjoyable on these hot days.

From bottle to pint glass. Funky Belgian yeast with spicy esters. Hazy, rich golden with full and sustained white head. Taste is dominated by the yeast, with a cracker malt. Spice and noble hops. Bread like finish. Very tasty.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Soft musk and wheat on the nose. Medium-bodied, soft citrus, musk, a touch of yeast. Soft musky yeast into the finish. Musky and full of citrus. Really nice.

A citrusy and floral aroma, on top of a dry yeast in the nose and flavor. Lightly spicy with a very light farmhouse character. Pleasant throughout. Refreshing even though it’s dry.

Bomber from hayduke that we had together via facebook chat. I rolled the bottle and loosened some light colored sediment. This hazy dingy golden beer a big fluffy almost white head. Good retention. I smell lemon and just a little yeast. That lemon is also tasted. This is generally dry. Not a lot of complexity here. Some very light funk that might be brett. Fruit pops in but is mostly out. A hint of pepper. At the finish some tropical fruit emerges. That includes pineapples. The finish was dry. I like this beer and cold drink a lot of it. It was fairly low in complexity but high in enjoyability.

This was a shared tasting with Stryzone. We were on Facebook chat comparing our impressions. It poured clear gold with good sized off white head which faded fairly quickly. The nose is lemon and funk. Wet hay. Medium plus body. Lively mouth feel. The flavor is mild funk, good dash of lemon, some fruit that tries to work it way to the top and some pepper spice. Sort of a Noble hop flavor overall with the finish being very dry and almost champagne like. At the end of the pour from this 22 oz bottle a lot of yeast showed up and left the glass quite cloudy. When that happened the fruit became more prominent so I assume that is where it came from. Overall a very easy drinking and enjoyable beer. Good for New Glory.

Can at home in a tulip. Pours golden with frothy head. Nose is all belgian yeast and funk. Nice malty (caramel) backbone with balanced acidity from the funk. Heavy in the mouth with a long finish. Taste is like the old Fantome - distinctly belgian, funky, slightly sour, but balanced by light malts.

This is a really fantastic beer - exactly what I like in a funked up saison.
