Bottled, 2016 vintage. Pours fairly deep copper/ruby, big beige head. Aroma is very intense tart funk, blueberry, mild oaky note, sort of like woodchips, but not too much. Flavor is tart, blueberry, blackberry, more oaky, definite vinegary-ness to it. Dry finish. It’s really solid. It’s not the best sour I’ve ever had, but I like it a lot. zoucrew102 (1869) - - FEB 7, 2016
Bomber, 2016 vintage. Vinous aroma of red wine with notes of vinegar, toffee, dark fruit and some oak. Pours ruby-copper colored with a thin tan head with decent retention and some lacing. Starts with red wine characteristics as well as some toffee and dark fruit sweetness to go with the lively mouthfeel. Finishes tart but not overly so with some Brett vinegar-like flavors and oak. Quite good, the best of their sours tried so far. nearbeer (5412) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - JAN 29, 2016
22 oz. 2016 vintage bottled 12/17/2015. Active body is red-copper and supports a sticky disc of foam. Aroma of red wine vinegar, toffee, dates and oak. Tastes of the same mix plus some pleasant creamy notes. Medium body has a good balance and medium plus carbonation. DCLawyer (2841) - Falls Church, Virginia, USA - DEC 29, 2015
Backlog from the Brony Bottle Share at Travlr’s. Reddish brown with thin offwhite head. Sour fruit, oak, vinous notes. Decent. islay (2734) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 27, 2015
22 oz. bottle, consumed on 10-27-15. 2015 edition with at least several months of age on it. Pours a surprisingly dark brown with a deep amber hue and a small amount of short-lasting, taupe head. Good-looking beer; nice hue. Cinnamon spiciness in the nose, reminiscent of cinnamon gum. Appetizingly tart smell; crabapple scent. Likable smell but I wish it exhibited greater complexity. Band-Aid chemical taste dominates. Dry apples in the flavor. Lightly salty, lemony taste. Little to no sourness; it’s the Brett not any bacteria that dominates. Soft in the palate. Medium body. Gets off to a good start in appearance and aroma but lets the imbiber down with its forgettable flavor and palate effects. A below average, though not radically below average, Sour/Wild Ale.

2015 I guess, as it’s 2015? Bar doesn’t list anything other than "New Holland Blue Sunday." Blueberry wine color, very unusual for a beer. Fine cream colored head. Blueberry wine/vinegar nose, mellowing to a candied blueberry with a bit of time. Mild sour predominates on the mouth, with a fuller blueberry backbone underneath. Fast slightly tannic finish. Good if unremarkable sour. onceblind (9626) - Denver, Colorado, USA - AUG 26, 2015
Clear dark purple ruby with an aroma like blueberry cake and a bit of lactic woody barrel. Wonderful flavor of tart blueberry and woody lacto sour tones. A little cake like but wonderfully sour and flavorful. GreatDane1632 (1169) - North Dakota, USA - AUG 22, 2015
Bottle received in a trade, thanks Brandon! -- Bomber poured into a snifter. It’s a beautiful copper with blue/purple colors throughout. Nice sour and tartness, not overpowering. Finishes well, makes you want more. kkleu357 (634) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 18, 2015

Smells yummy. Tastes good. Fruity blueberry flavor. Tart. Missing a little something on the back end, but that’s ok. rodenbach99 (4572) - Longueuil, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 7, 2015
Superbe.
