The aroma evokes bread-like yeast. As I sip, I also taste caramel malt, and light hop note. Predominant tastes are sweet and sour. The aftertaste is of alcohol, but also smooth. Not too typical of a triple, but still pretty good. Bif (2416) - St. Charles, Missouri, USA - JAN 25, 2015
Bottle. Pours a hazy dark copper color with a small head and some lacing. Aroma is floral, fruity, some spice and hint of booze. Taste of fruits, malt sweetness, banana and spice. Mild bitterness and the finish is a bit sticky. Moderate body, smooth with a bit of a boozy feel. Nice beer but it is a bit short of magical. Homer321 (5255) - Melboring, Florida, USA - NOV 26, 2014
bottle to glass. Nose is full of candied apple and cardboard. Taste is perfume and then full of booze. Mostly sweet. I’m not a huge fan. outlawskies (564) - Ohio, USA - OCT 12, 2014

I had this at Global Brew. Pours gold with a white head. Taste floral, Belgian yeast, sweet. I thought this was ok. I could drink this again.

pours a light golden amber with almost no head. no lacing. aroma is floral with banana and coriander. flavor is also slightly floral, coriander, sweet, banana, and bubblegum. light/medium body with a slightly creamy mouth feel. carbonation is very low. Belgium ales are my thing and this is a poor example. if the level of carbonation were higher it would be slightly better. Triples are usually effervescent. I don’t feel the floral part of the beer complimented the sweetness. I do know that rose is used in many sweet pastries but for me, here it doesn’t fit. DrinkinWell (389) - - AUG 27, 2014
Pours a clear gold. Light, floral aromas. Belgian yeast, sweet malts, honey, straw, hint of citrus. Light carbonation, slightly creamy mouthfeel. Sweet, almost too sweet. Very good overall. Darkmagus82 (2303) - - JUL 26, 2014

Served on tap in a 10 oz chalice glass
Appearance –Served a light golden color with a fine white head. The head faded fast to leave a light amount of lacing.
Smell – The aroma of the beer was heaviest of Belgian yeast, banana, and notes of grass. Mixed with these smells were lighter aromas of a spicy and citrus aroma which overall created a pleasant smell.
Taste – The taste began with a base of fruit and yeast While it is fruity it is not to sweet.. The fruit is largely banana and pear in nature. As the taste advances flavors of a floral nature mixed with some more bitter citrus come to the tongue. These in the end are met with some spice notes of coriander, clove, and pepper as well as a good dose of alcohol to leave a rather tingling bitter-sweet warming taste on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is rather creamy with the carbonation level being quite average.
Overall – A moderatly tasty triple with good fruit flavors. One to try if the chance arises but not one to go out of the way.

Oh shut the front door! Truly one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had in the past few months with beer.
