Draft sample at Dominion Wine & Beer, thanks Sam! Dark brownish black with light tan head. Aromas of mint, dark chocolate. Tastes of mint, dark chocolate, subtle whiskey. Medium-full body with a dry finish. Mint is well balanced thankfully. alexsdad06 (11389) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - FEB 10, 2018
Bottle picked up at Cappys at home. Pours dark brown to black in color with a small beige head. The aroma and flavor have ppeppermint over the roasted malts, dark chocolate, more subtle coffee, barrel, vanilla, nose was better than the flavor, still good.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours dark brown with a very slight tan head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, peppermint. Med + body. Flavor is peppermint, chocolate, dark malt and just a bit of coffee. Interesting stuff. marcus (10972) - Sacramento, California, USA - FEB 5, 2018
Bottle from Cap Tap. Pours dark brown with a transient tan head and a chocolate mint aroma. There is a full-bodied dark molasses flavor with a little coffee and a mint and bourbon finish. A nice sipper. Andrew196 (2051) - Katy, Texas, USA - JAN 20, 2018
From a bottle shop in Evansville, IN. Pours black, elusive ivory colored head, disappointingly small. Nose is bold, dark chocolate, mint, coffee, char, wood, lacto. Creamy feel, chocolate bars, milk, sweet, peppermint bark, slight burn going down. A wintry treat!

12 oz bottle. Pours black with a light tan head. Sweet milk chocolate mint aroma, bourbon and vanilla. Super silky chocolate vanilla bourbon mint flavor. The mint doesn't stand out so much as mix really well into the chocolatey flavors. This is just a great mix. TheBeerGod (6292) - Newport News, Virginia, USA - JAN 4, 2018
Bottle. Black pour with a short tan head. Aroma is chocolate and mint with light coffee and roasted malt. Taste is chocolate mint, coffee, roasted malt and candy bars. Body is medium with a dense, creamy carbonation. Ends with more chocolate mint, coffee, cocoa, candy bars and roasted malt notes. bubbleflubber (2244) - Swannanoa, North Carolina, USA - DEC 30, 2017
From the bottle, this pours nearly opaque with a lasting eggshell head that reduces to nice, thick ring lacing. The nose is of mixed milk and dark chocolates, Andes peppermint candies, mocha latte (with lactose sugars), dark cocoa, roasted coffee beans and sublime caramel/toffee accents. Flavors are of definitive chocolate milk (complete with dark cocoa accents), roasted coffee, Andes peppermint and vanilla caramel candies, toasted brown sugar, toffee, oaky bourbon notes, thick molasses and dark esters, finishing smoothly with a light mint intermingling with tons of woody oaken bourbon and alcohol peppers. The body is full, the mouthfeel creamy and substantial, and the palate is luxurious with complexity for days. Nicely balanced all the way around; the carbonation at work is well-integrated with the ABV, keeping the mouth semi-active amongst all of the velvety goodness abounding. Roasts, lightly smoked bitters, oaky bourbon, candied vanilla-mint milk chocolate-covered caramels/toffee combine to form a robust minty, mocha-inspired Imperial Stout that only New Holland, known for its top-tier offerings, can outdo themselves with. Nothing cloying or overdone... this is the epitome of well-balanced bourbon-aged mint mocha Dragon's Milk that is a highly rare find.... and I can understand why! Blessed to find this for a great Christmas offering. Superb!! b3shine (9339) - Indiana, USA - DEC 22, 2017
Draft to taster at The Pint Room. Looks good; a lightly translucent dark cola with beige. Smells of a nice balance of dark malt, milk chocolate, and mint. Tastes like it smells, but less balanced. Some moderately bitter roast on the tongue as well. Mouthfeel is medium full-bodied and moderately bitter. Good, but smells better than it tastes. Sampled on tap at the Brick Store Pub. Pours black, with a big, foamy, tan head. The aroma is chocolate milkshake, spearmint, light coffee, and malt balls. Sweet and syrupy. Very heavy body, with a thick, syrupy mouthfeel. This is a decadent, candy-like stout. Like a couple Andes candies in a chocolate malt.
