Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Mahogany colour, clear, small head. Interesting spicy nose. Is that sage? Sweet and heavily caramelly with full body and viscous mouthfeel. Alcohol warmth and chili tingle joins herbal bitterness in the finish. A heavy beer that manages to retain balance. madmitch76 (25568) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUN 24, 2012

Clear brown - red beer, short lived white head. Palate starts semi soft but has a crispy edge. Sweet milky malt with a subtle smoky note. Whispers of bubblegum and nuts. Finishes soft and sweet. Low carbonation but a sweet well joined up beer.
Poured ultra clear dark brown with little head. Aroma is acidic left over chili and bean. Taste is vanilla and jalapeno. Weird little ale.

Bottle - Chocolate and some big spice notes. Deep brown with a thin brown head. Spices, cocoa and a tinge of heat. Not the best in this style, a bit disjointed and the body or richness to carry it off. djd07 (15544) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAR 30, 2015
