Bomber from Archer Liquors. Pours amber copper with a foamy off-white head. Lots of resin aroma hop. Medium plus body with mild carbonation. Flavor is lots of (mostly resin?) hop over caramel. Bomber poured a clear tarnished copper with a lasting amber head. Aromas of biscuit, earthiness, pine, citrus and some light floral notes. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Bottle. Pours a cloudy amber with a frothy white head leavin sticky lacong along the glass. The aroma is floral hops and Citrus. Medium mouthfeel with a vanilla and oak flavor. Easy to drink a very good IIPA from New Holland.

Draft at brewpub. Poured hazy copper with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sweet malty and sour citrus aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. 22 ounce bottle from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a clear reddish amber color with a medium head. Decent head retention and lacing. Nice floral hop aroma with citrus and berry notes. Taste is very fruity with citrus, plum and berry notes as well as bitter resiny notes throughout. Medium-full bodied. Two consecutive New Holland beers that didn’t disappoint... I’m shocked! Bottle, vintage 2010. Pours clear mahogany with a large, frothy off-white head, long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (cookie, toast, caramel, biscuit), heavy hops (citrus, pine, earthy, floral), and average esters (apple/pear) with notes of apricot and alcohol. Flavor is moderate malt with heavy hop flavor and moderate bitterness, somewhat sweet with biting alcohol spiciness. Full body, medium warmth and carbonation with a sweet texture and dry finish.
