COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A robust renovation of the India Pale Ale. Assertive dry-hoppying provides an aromatic telltale nose, indicative of the bitter symphony to follow. Bold hop character with lively grapefruit and citrus notes. 20° Plato, Alc. 9.4% by Vol.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy amber with a frothy white head leavin sticky lacong along the glass. The aroma is floral hops and Citrus. Medium mouthfeel with a vanilla and oak flavor. Easy to drink a very good IIPA from New Holland.

Bomber from Archer Liquors. Pours amber copper with a foamy off-white head. Lots of resin aroma hop. Medium plus body with mild carbonation. Flavor is lots of (mostly resin?) hop over caramel. But the effect is tremendous. Finishes well balanced. Quite tasty.

Ratman197 (15612) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - FEB 4, 2010
Bomber poured a clear tarnished copper with a lasting amber head. Aromas of biscuit, earthiness, pine, citrus and some light floral notes. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, earthiness, pine, grapefruit and light orange with a smooth dry lingering bitter finish.

Draft at brewpub. Poured hazy copper with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sweet malty and sour citrus aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Medium to heavy smooth biitersweet flavor with a heavy bittersweet finish of long duration. I would recommend this to a freind.

22 ounce bottle from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a clear reddish amber color with a medium head. Decent head retention and lacing. Nice floral hop aroma with citrus and berry notes. Taste is very fruity with citrus, plum and berry notes as well as bitter resiny notes throughout. Medium-full bodied. Two consecutive New Holland beers that didn’t disappoint... I’m shocked!

3.5
Dogbrick (14300) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUL 13, 2010
Sample at the 2nd Annual Olde Worthington Beer Festival on 7/10/2010. This beer is a clear amber color with a thin off-white soap-sudsy head that evaporates steadily. Stringy lacing. Citrusy hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of citrus, piney hops and sweet malt. The finish is hoppy with a malty base that lingers awhile. Decent beer all around.

Lubiere (14240) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 14, 2012
An orange amber DIPA with a thin mocha head. In aroma, smooth vinous malt with fragrant floral hops, treacle, classy. In mouth, a smooth biscuit caramel malt with toffee, floral hops, piney notes, grassy and pungent, very nice.

3.3
crossovert (14128) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 7, 2011
On tap, a bit watery for a DIPA, it didn’t have that succulent bitter mouthfeel, it wasn’t super sweet but neither the malt nor the hops stood out really.
