On tap at New Holland Brewpub. Slight ting of yellow to a rather clear and lifeless decapitated body. Aroma of apples, apple skins and cinnamon. Taste is tart with apples, cinnamon, spices, mild tannins and a dry finish. I preferred the raspberry cider to this one but obviously cant rate it. badnewsbeers (2312) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - SEP 29, 2010
Clear yellow body. Crisp and refreshing. Apple and nothing else. s
A decent cider, but nothing that makes this noteworthy. j12601 (13027) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - AUG 5, 2010
On tap at New Holland on our way to RBSG. Pours a clear watery yellow, still with no head. Vinous apples, sweet with a touch of vanilla. Medium bodied, crisp with a bit of alcohol peeking through. Warm apple flavors. Long crisp finish, vinous alcohol lingers. biggenius29 (155) - Hamilton, Michigan, USA - DEC 3, 2007
Pours light. Aroma of apple, semi sweet. Sparkling clear. Very refreshing and a really good cider. Tmoney99 (14850) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 24, 2007
Draft sample at New Holland. Poured clear color with a small white head that diminished quickly with minimal lacing. Aroma of apple. Flavor of sweet apple with a light sweet finish of short duration. Light body with a thin texture. Refreshing drink.
