2015 bomber. Poured crystal-clear bright golden with a short-lived white head. The aroma picked up lighter-skinned fruits and wet socks, with band-aid and funk overtones. The flavor found similar.. wet band-aids, raw grain, and pears moved unceremoniously through the palate on low carbonation.. this was not the least bit enjoyable.
Bottle at home. Vintage 2015. Crystal clear with minimal head. The aroma is old apple, lime, leather, soil. The flavor has some deep savory malt, funk, cider, and earthy aged Brett flavors. This has alot of apple flavors going on. Reminds me of a European farmhouse cider. Thechasm442 (1006) - Denver, Colorado, USA - DEC 31, 2016
2015 bottle. Hazy golden orange with an average white head that leaves ok lacing. Aroma is apples, summer stone fruit, and a little brett. Taste is sour stale fruit, apple, apricot, minimal funk, and a bit of rotten fruit in the finish. Average mouthfeel and dry. BVery (11576) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - NOV 6, 2016
Bottle at WTWBA 2016. Gold pour, light sour. Seemed a little under flavored. A bit dull. superspak (6504) - Waterford, Michigan, USA - SEP 26, 2016
22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 9/29/2015. Pours slightly hazy golden amber color with a 1-02 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, lime, pineapple, apricot, strawberry, blueberry, melon, white grape, honey, wheat, and biscuit; with light hay, grass, pepper, funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast and moderate bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, lime, pineapple, apricot, strawberry, blueberry, melon, white grape, honey, wheat, and biscuit; with light hay, grass, pepper, funk, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity tartness and yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, pineapple, apricot, strawberry, blueberry, melon, white grape, honey, wheat, biscuit, hay, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light dryness from tart/spiciness as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, fairly creamy/grainy, and lightly acidic/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.5%. Overall this is a nice Brett wild ale. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink. On the maltier side, but has nice balanced Brett complexity. Glad I aged it for a year to let it develop. A nicely enjoyable offering. Strykzone (7893) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - AUG 29, 2016
Bomber. Clear golden with very active bubbles rising rapidly. An almost white head. Aroma is funk with fruit. The flavor is moderate funk with pepper and fruit. Saison style malts. Fruit Loops. Mildly acidic and somewhat sugary. Light grape skins. This is very light drinking fare for a sour. As such it is completely inoffensive.

complete garbage. OVer brett and trash. This is a huge accident that no one should have mailed out. This was an extra, it shouldve gone to the trash. dmac (6646) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - JUN 23, 2016
Bomber from rebelbeerguy. Poured a thicker body bright deep gold that is more opaque than hazed and a smaller white head. Aroma is band aid, funk, medicinal, herbal, brett. Flavor drops off, white wine soaked old bread, brett, band aid, funk and cob webs. Bigger full bkdy with soft carbonation and a dry finish. Shared 2015 vintage at Craft. Hazy straw pour with fizzy white head. Nose was tart fruit, yeasty funk. Tasted yeasty, slight funky, with more tart fruitiness and hops as it warmed. Solid. topherh (1929) - Kearney, Missouri, USA - JUN 7, 2016
Pours golden with a white head. Berry funkiness. Flavor is funky, fruity, grape and cherry, medicated band-aid. Not sure what they were after here, but they missed it. bubblehouse (1638) - louisville, Kentucky, USA - JUN 5, 2016
The brett hops just made it a tad bit funky for me. I’ve liked others but this one missed it.
