12 oz bottle purchased at HyVee in West Des Moines, Iowa as a single. L194 stamped on bottle. The pour is a hazed golden orange with a smallish dirty white head. The aroma is orange citrus and apricot fruit along with fresh cracker malt underneath the hops. The taste is the fruit citrus hop along with a bit of earth and mineral cracker malt in the finish. The palate is medium to light bodied with soft natural carbonation and the mineral finish. Solid Pale Ale. unclemike (3197) - Junction City Kansas, Kansas, USA - JUN 17, 2015
cloudy orange full of microscopic particles, thin pure white head. Wonderful aroma: citris, Cascade hops, pinecones, and cotton candy. A lot of hop flavor, moreso than I was expecting. Malt balance is most excellent, bringing an appreciated sweetness to the party. Moderately carbonated justsayswell (285) - Kansas City, Kansas, USA - JUN 14, 2015
Cloudy, brassy orange pour. Chunky off-white head. Sweet candied orange and tropical fruit in the nose. Taste is caramel malt, passion fruit, floral hops. Finishes slightly sticky, with lingering citrus. Decent. shadey (2171) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - MAY 17, 2015
12oz bottle. Cloudy orange color with big chunky head of large bubbles. Mild sweet and spicy aroma. The cascade presence is very mild and only noticable in the finish. Certainly easy to drink and good on a hot day like today. micmillon18 (37) - Massachusetts, USA - MAR 14, 2015
Aroma - Honey, pale malts, sweet orange-like citrus, lemon. Faint floral hops.
Appearance - Sticky, soapy white head. Clear, golden hue. Good looking beer.
Taste - Chewy, sweet flavors (honey, ) followed perfectly by citrusy hops. Cereal and hoppy resin notes linger in the after taste. Great balance.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, semi dry. Chewy body heightens the experience.
Overall - Fine example of the style, would certainly have again.

From a bottle. It has a lager "skunk" to the aroma which sneaks into the taste. It has some nice hop and malt character and is well-balanced. All in all a weak beer.

[Bottle] Pours a bright golden color with a bit of haze to it. A fizzy head on top. Herbal hops, hay and grapefruit in the nose. Flavors of pine sap, lemon, grass, lighter fruits and citrus rind. The bitterness and flavor balance is good, but without much body to back it up. Thin and bitter finish. Tasting notes from 10/2014. BrownALEx (459) - Portland, Michigan, USA - FEB 10, 2015
Great aroma. Great taste, hoppy and dry. Appearance is fair, good lacing. Palate is medium bodied. Overall, a very drinkable pale ale. crazyvin (2026) - New York, USA - JAN 20, 2015
A clear copper body with a white head that had great retention and decent lace. Aroma had a slightly toasted caramel malt base and a nice floral hop presence. Flavor was initially sweet bitter hops were subdued and the floral hops balanced the malts. Nice moderate finish.
