COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has a golden colored body with a creamy white head. Its slightly sweet malt flavor makes up the base and offers a supporting role to the refreshing hop profile. Cascade hops provide a floral, citrus and almost fruity character to this well balanced easy drinking ale. Back by popular demand, “Paleooza” is an old favorite and an early original in our portfolio of great beers! 14°

Hops up front with malt dominating the finish and an overall fruity ale character. Good balance. well done!

A very floral aroma of cascade hops and some hay like malt, a touch of marijuana, some peach. Appears clear yellow, beautiful lace, a constant stream of bubbles. Tastes sweet up front of passion fruit, peach, some very minor but balanced hop bitterness. Palate is fizzy, but not thick, decent. Overall, very good.

Friend to all! One of the greatest sites I’ve ever seen was a girl drinking Paleooza.

Took me two bottles to get an understanding of this beer. I like the overall taste of this beer, the brewmasters show that they still care about their most popular brew and haven’t strayed on to all of their other products.

Very nice amber color, aroma of citrus and slight floral essense. Nice malt and hop balance, found the beer refreshing and quite a surprise. This was my first New Holland brew, I'll try more.

Dreggy goldish yellow color, small foamy off-white head, great lacing in strings all over the place. Aroma has a plentiful amount of clean citrusy hops with a light play of pineyness, biscuity malt backing. Flavors are good, nice hoppy citrusy balance with a smooth bready malt, submissive sweeter tones, bitterness is moderately controlled, smidges of grassy and pineyness continue to add a bit to the hop profile towards the finish and some residual sweetness and resin hop lingers. Feel is clean, smooth and crisp, close to medium body. Quite drinkable, slides down with ease, due to the easy going balance and overall character. A solid APA, one worth keeping around.

I bought this beer last november and it sat in my fridge until tonight. I decided to clear out some of my stock and I was pleasantly surprised by this brew. Smooth tasting, hoppy with a pleasant aftertaste. I would drink this any time.

Mostly clear dark gold with an off-white head. Sweet grapefruit hop aroma with just a touch of toast. The flavor is well balanced with bitterness and sweetness. This one can play with the IPAs too! Very nice.

Sampled @ GBBF. Bottle shared. Hazy golden color, small white head. Aroma is nicely malty with a touch of resin and pine. Taste malts, hops, pine, resin, fruitiness of pineapple and tropical fruits, nicely bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Lovely.
