Draft at New Holland. Dark Brown with average rocky off-white head. Medium sweet aroma of molasses and banana. Medium to full body. Complex flavor of average sweet, small hops and light alcohol bite for a finish. Good brew and alcohol ABV may knock your socks off.
This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized fully diminished white colored head of medium sized bubbles that left behind a very softly carbonated transparent dark copper brown colored body and no lacing. The aroma was very mild with sweet malty notes. The mouth feel contained a thin initial flavor that came on strong with a vinous strong note in the finish. It had a sweet vinous malt base. hotstuff (5158) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - OCT 22, 2005
