3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: JUN 18, 2015 Thanks to Dad for this. Not the most interesting Amber ale but pretty good. Focus more on malt then hops. It’s strength is in the everyday-ness. Serving: Bottle
Bottle many times. Pours a clear amber with a finger of foam that dissipates. Clean malt and caramel nose, some light peppery hops as it warms. Balanced but a touch sweet on the palate, more caramel. Clean finish with some lingering caramel malt. Kind of old school at this point though. johnnymusky (983) - Minnesota, USA - SEP 16, 2016
Bottle from bradley...nose is malt and some caramel....pours is light amber....taste is all biscuit malt caramel and a nuttiness....taste is off...not that great. ordybill (1758) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - MAR 15, 2016
Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is an amber color with a medium sized tan head. The aroma is a very nice blend of hops, citrus and caramel. The taste matches the smell.

Taps clear, dark honey-golden with a nice golden-tinged light tan head. Aroma features malty and fruity tones, not strong but inviting. Flavor features malty, woody hoppy, and subtle fruity notes. Mouthfeel is a little thin but fairly fizzy. Howl for one.

Bottled. Pours fairly light amber. Slightly dark white head. Aroma is malty caramel, roasted malt. Flavor is malty, sweet caramel, fairly light. Standard. nuplastikk (6277) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 9, 2015
12oz bottle. Attractive thick burgundy red-brown body, unfiltered. Respectably steady, foamy, off-white head. Big doughy malt tones. Not unlike a brown ale in some respects. Nutty. Kind of has an English feel to it. On the lighter side of full bodied. Pretty good. firstsip (733) - Michigan, USA - AUG 22, 2015

Light brown/ copper pour with beige head. Nose is toasted malt, coffee, earthy hop, molasses. Light mouthfeel. Roasty flavors, rye bread, coffee, very slight piney hop. Finishes lightly bitter and earthy. Not bad. Hangover (1136) - oxford, Georgia, USA - MAY 21, 2015
Dark copper pour with a long lasting tan head. Aroma is toasted malts and metal. Nice body, slightly creamy. Toasted malt flavor, bisquit and vegetable. Creamy, toasty finish. Very pleasant body and mouthfeel, some off/weird flavors but it’s good.
