Dark, with medium head. Pours so thick the last couple drops looked like syrup. Smell is more hoppy than I expected from a stout. Feels as thick in the mouth as it looked pouring. Taste is very good too, smooth and very little bitterness. Not quite Dragon’s Milk, but so far New Holland is batting 1.000 with me.

UPDATED: NOV 16, 2016 It’s a lovely chocolate malt aroma, it pours into this beautifully dark and rocky beer. Then you’re hit with this wonderfully balanced flavor of malt and chocolate. Out of a bottle, I’ve always been way less than impressed with an overly bitter and uninteresting beer. On tap, it’s one of the best stouts I’ve had for drinking.
