Draft pour at sheffields. Orange foggy pour with little sticky white head. Apricot and orange flavors. Very good smooth summer beer. Lemon peel zesty and full flavor

Sampled at Rapids Liquor tasting. Hazy gold color. Fresh, fruity, stick dry Belgian taste.

Pours a hazy copper with a foamy white head. Has a nice aroma that blends sweet yeast with citrus and hops. The flavor is a little more muddled, with a low hop profile, some carbonation, and an odd mix of sweet yeast and tangy citrus. Overall I’d say I enjoyed this unique brew, but it could benefit from a smoother blend of its elements.

From bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small yellowish head. Little lacing. Aroma is fruity and citrus. Taste is both sweet and bitter, with citrus and maybe some mango. Bitter finish. Pleasant brew.

Poured a cloudy darker orange from the bottle with aromas of light yeast a touch of citrus and a pinch of pepper. Flavors were a classic wit beer mostly yeast up front followed by a light citrus and a touch of spice in the back end. Decent beer with some hops.

Draft: beautiful golden color with an almost white head. Nice, fresh and summery, it really is the perfect blend of styles. Want more.. Now.

Bottle - Hazy amber pour with a huge foamy white head. Nose is spicy--coriander, cardamom, orange peel, herbal hops, and a dry, dusty yeastiness. Some perfume notes too. Taste is soapy, lightly fruity, with dry dusty yeast, the same spiciness, and a lightly bitter grassy finish. Orange peel and dry bready malt. Fairly thin, but fluffy. Good, but the soapiness is a bit overwhelming at times. Still--glad I tried it. I like the Hatter variants.

My favorite New Holland Brew. It has the flavor of an IPA but is lighter which makes it more drinkable. It is a unique blend that I enjoy, especially in the summer.

Aroma: lightly sweet hops/citrus and herby/original combination Appearance: translucent and bubbly/nice white head/minimal lacing/light amber in color Taste: sweet and bitter with a salty finish (I know, right?) I can taste the corriander in this one - it’s a real nice mixture but the aftertaste is rather odd Palate: slick texture/medium body/higher in carbonation than usual with a bitter finish I’d definitely buy this beer again - I like the mixture of bitter and sweet. Very drinkable when you want to go slow....I think if I drank this contuously I’d be hic-cupping after the 3rd one
