Draft. Poured hazy copper color with a large fizzy brown head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate sour citrus, spice aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium spice citrus flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

Bomber from Once Upon a Vine. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a medium sized fizzy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of citrus, sweet wheat and herbal notes. The taste is wheat, citrus and herbal hops. Spicy finish. Medium bodied and refreshing. A simple but nice beer. My negative opinion of New Holland is starting to change. Sample at Woodlands Tavern. The beer is a slightly hazed golden-orange color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus and floral hops. Light to medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, yeast and bready malt. The finish is sweet with an earthy yeast aftertaste. Decent all around.
