Bottle. Pours golden amber with a white head. Light malty aroma with notes of toasted grains. The flavor is light and malty. Hints of grain. Really not that bad. jredmond (8770) - New York, New York, USA - APR 12, 2009

Darker gold in colour, nice quater inch off white head..sort of creamy in consistency
Aroma is pleasant enough doughy, slighly toasted grains.
mainlly malty in flavour..soft biscuity..slighty buttery but still good. a slightest of slight touch of hop in the end.
Pretty pleasing on the palate.
Overall considering the horrible treatment this had probably been thru in Gorcery Outlet ( on unrefridgerated shelf under harsh lighting) its pretty OK for a lager.
Basic micro pale lager. Sweet, watery, with an almost malt liquor finish. Great label- but that is about it.

A present from my GF’s mom. Seeing it was brewed by Lion, i was a little excited because their beers aren’t complete swill. This was very similar to Lionshead lager that i have had back in PGH. Heathen (1500) - Wilmington, Delaware, USA - JUN 24, 2009
THOUGHTS: I wasn’t expecting much and that was what I got — not much. Nothing awful, just sort of bland. A little better than a macro, but not quite as good as Yuengling or Sam Adams Boston Lager. No balance. Just kind of malty. A little like sugar water. A nice way to describe it might be light a light malt liquor. HighlanderOne (1377) - York, SC via NJ, South Carolina, USA - MAR 20, 2010
TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a clear, light to medium golden with a small, white head that mostly diminished. The aroma was light to moderate malt, light honey and vegetable. The initial flavor was sweet and acidic; while the finish was rather sweet, acidic and slightly sour with an average duration. There was malt, honey, a little grain, sour malt and a little corn. The light to medium body was watery then a little dry with tingly carbonation and a light to moderately astringent and slightly dry finish.
Poured from bottle. Aroma of mildly toasted malt and sugar, Clear, dark amber, thin head. Same malt/sugar taste in flavor. A bit bland and watery, but definitely drinkable. NJBeerman013 (1054) - Hamilton Twp., New Jersey, USA - MAR 23, 2009
Bottle. Pours amber in color, plain white head. It has a lightly hoppy aroma. The flavor is somewhat plain, lightly malted, unremarkable. It is light in body, easily drinkable, and refreshing. pistolpete (203) - USA - MAR 23, 2009
