Bottle at the V. Amber body with slight head. Nose is not nice, chemicals and funky. Taste is worse. Weird sweet and malty. Not a nice finish at all. Lammnub (1) - - JUL 4, 2015 does not count
Made an account just to express how disgusting this beer was to me and my step father. Amber ales are my absolute favorite and this might be bad enough to put me off the style. The smell was bad, but I went ahead and took a sip. Even worse. The taste of this is described well enough in other reviews but they don’t get across exactly how bad it is. It is now 3 hours later and I STILL want to vomit because the taste lingers at the back of your throat. The appearance of the "beer" looked great as I poured it down the drain, but even that fate is too good for this beer.
Awful. dlihcsnatas (763) - Temple, Texas, USA - MAR 27, 2015
This one looks so good. Light amber brew with really nice head that holds. That is all I can say good about this because just like my first attempt of trying New Planet this one is also going down the drain. Same rancid aroma and taste. Come on New Planet, there is a reason why almost all breweries use barley. It makes GOOD beer. slowrunner77 (12471) - Reno, Nevada, USA - FEB 22, 2015
Oddly tart and plasticy aroma and flavor. Not sure what’s going on here. Everything tastes fake. Of the few new planet beers I’ve had, this is easily the worst. 1st brewed at their facility?? Block (2894) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - FEB 21, 2015
This is crap. I really can’t believe that this kind of beer actually made its way to Indianapolis. It’s a weird beer / sake kind of artificial beer.

Wow! This is bad. Pours an orange amber color with a white fizzy head. Aroma of metal, chemicals, and possibly dish soap. Very sweet and malty with no noticeable hops. tnkw01 (1775) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - AUG 9, 2014
Bottle. Light brown in color, not amber. Way too funky in taste and aroma. Just a nasty beer. nick76 (4399) - Tampa, Florida, USA - AUG 6, 2014
The aroma is ever so slightly "malty" with mostly metallic and plastic qualities. If one can use the word. The appearance is amber with no head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall bad, close to impossible to drink and I won’t. Braudog (6793) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - MAY 11, 2014
Bottle. Unfortunately I’ve never found a good gluten-free beer. This is no exception ... amber, super sweet, and overtly tainted with an odd chemical aroma, extremely off-putting. (#5513, 5/11/2014) schne361 (18) - - APR 28, 2014
The aroma was chemical, rubber, with a small hint of caramel. It is a light beer with a taste that consists of a chemical and metallic taste with a bad after taste.
