Appearance: very crystal clear, a sort of darker gold while being completely transparent, pours with a medium size beige head that isn’t dense at all, hades fades to nothing pretty quick Aroma: citrus, tart, rice, fruit, hard to put words on the aroma, very unique and a bit faint, smells like a hamburger bun too Taste: a bit sour, bitter on the end, Palate: very thin mouth feel, almost like drinking a cider, leaves a bit of a bitter aftertaste, some amount of creaminess, Overall: not a bad gluten free beer, not nearly as good as a beer with gluten tho, they are no doubt unique tho which is why I like to taste them, the palate and aromas are the most different from a normal beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - AUG 13, 2013
Orange with a white head. The aroma is full of plastic buckets and toffee. The flavor is also full of plastic notes as well as some toffee and spice. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Not good. DedicatedToFun (4000) - Santa Monica, California, USA - JUL 20, 2013
Not a great beer out of Colorado, found a bottle of it in cleveland, had some caramel color and a decent hoppy aroma, but that’s about it. arventresca (567) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JUN 8, 2013
Bottle. Ok beer for what it is. Kind of funky taste. Not sure why I bought this, but I did. michaelinwa (656) - Bothell, Washington, USA - JUN 3, 2013
Second GF beer I’ve rated, and unfortunately probably not the last. Pours a medium brown, with a decent head that makes a pretty brief appearance. The aroma is very mild, with little more than hints of hops and I’m not sure how to describe it beyond that. The taste is pretty aggressively astringent for a pale ale. It’s not a hop bitterness so much as a almost chemical bitterness. It’s a bit harsh, but if you’re after a GF beer with some balls, maybe this is your beer. Finish is dry and bitter, and it does linger a bit. Overall, not the one I would choose if Widmer Omission was on the shelves, but hey, at least they’re trying, and it IS beer, after all.

Bottle. Floral citrus hops and sorghum aroma. Clear copper with a small off-white head. Sorghum, saccharin, and weird minty hops flavor. Light body, moderate carbonation. wlajwl (6816) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - APR 17, 2013
Aroma is citrus, mild sweetness and the expected perfumed malts. The flavor is citrus, berries, the middle dominated by the sorghum/rice and the finish is tart. Suttree (6392) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - APR 15, 2013
UPDATED: SEP 13, 2013 I’m not 100% sure I know what gluten is, but after sampling some beers that don’t have any I have decided I want beer with a lot of gluten in ’em...
