12 fl oz bottle from Potsdam, served cold in a tulip glass. Headbanger (4023) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - APR 17, 2014
App.: Clear amber with a rocky, off-white head.
Aroma: Quite herbal, peppery, leafy, soapy, strange, spicy like ginger, pine and resin, quite hoppy but not quite right.
Palate: Medium-ish body, fairly full carbonation.
Flav.: Soapy, lemon-lime, ginger-like spiciness, a sort of toasted grain/brown sugar/caramel thing, herbal; dry with pretty good bitterness and a lime-herbal-soapy finish.
A good effort. I’m glad I’m not glutarded.
12oz bottle 4/17/14 (Meijer)-38° in Shaker-Pours a clear light amber with a small white head. Aroma of hops and malt. Taste of nastiness with a little hops. This light to medium bodied brew is again not very good. Christpuncher (3215) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 15, 2014
Gluten free beers suck ass. Has a really fruity and weird finish. Smells awful like most gluten free beers. Drank because I have had all beers on the menu.

12 oz bottle. Copper in color with a decent off-whit head. Aroma is of rice, sugar, malt. Taste is of wild rice, spices, light cider vinegar, and vomit. travita (5007) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAR 8, 2014
Bottle. The look is clear, not much head, and copper in color. The smell is weird, rice, sweet, soy, and off. The taste is hot, alcohol, rice, ugh, and weird.

Bottle. Pour caramel. Small creamy off white head. Strange aroma that is one part PA and the rest nasty. Decent lacing. Flavor is completely unrecognizable. I’m guessing it has to do with the sourghum (duh), but it is really strange and its definitely not good. I think it’s great that these guys are trying to make beer for those who can’t tolerate wheat, but this particular beer has a long way to go. Foxbush (2190) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - FEB 5, 2014
12oz bottle. This pale ale poured clear light amber with no head. There was very little aroma and the taste was of caramel and bread. The light body had soft carbonation. This beer is hard to drink. The finish had a strange aftertaste..

12oz bottle poured into a tumbler.
Clear deep amber with a surprisingly decent off white head.
Caramel aroma, with floral notes and some root vegetables.
Strange flavor - medicinal, metallic, spicy, sweetish and oxidized. No hop bitterness but definitely harsh.
Way over carbonated, light bodied, bizzare and nor very good. 1guywith_aboat (254) - phenix city, Alabama, USA - JAN 27, 2014
Smells and tastes like an anti-freeze/ fingernail polish concoction with a splash of beer. This is honestly number one on my list of bad flavored beers. UncleKorm (1335) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - JAN 25, 2014
Bottle poured a caramel dyed hue w/ a medium fizzy white head. Moderate chemical aroma. Initial flavor is moderate sweet w/ a bold sour finish. Tastes are apples, vinegar, and a strong chemical aftertaste. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, and such a foul off-taste in the finish making this beer undrinkable.
