Gluten free beers suck ass. Has a really fruity and weird finish. Smells awful like most gluten free beers. Drank because I have had all beers on the menu.

Bottle. Pour caramel. Small creamy off white head. Strange aroma that is one part PA and the rest nasty. Decent lacing. Flavor is completely unrecognizable. I’m guessing it has to do with the sourghum (duh), but it is really strange and its definitely not good. 12oz bottle. This pale ale poured clear light amber with no head. There was very little aroma and the taste was of caramel and bread. The light body had soft carbonation. This beer is hard to drink. The finish had a strange aftertaste..

Clear deep amber with a surprisingly decent off white head.
Caramel aroma, with floral notes and some root vegetables.
Strange flavor - medicinal, metallic, spicy, sweetish and oxidized. No hop bitterness but definitely harsh.

Bottle poured a caramel dyed hue w/ a medium fizzy white head. Moderate chemical aroma. Initial flavor is moderate sweet w/ a bold sour finish. Tastes are apples, vinegar, and a strong chemical aftertaste. 12 oz. Pours a mostly clear copper with a head that fizzles out quickly. Aroma is apple cider and orange-tinged molasses with a touch of paint thinner. Taste is the same with more paint thinner. Pours a clear copper with a modest and effervescent head. Aroma is not strong; has herbal, hoppy and floral hints. Flavor has yeasty and bready notes, a fruity hint not great but palatable. Texture has average viscosity and not much fizz. One of these days, somebody is going to figure out how to brew a decent gluten-free beer.
