A: The beer pours a clear golden color with no head to speak of. S: A mild pepper note as well as some "malt", rice, and cardboard. Theres definitely some apple and crappy tofu aroma. A little bit of soap and water in there, too. T: Apples and water, soap, and more of the wonderful crappy tofu character. Theres plenty of wet cardboard with a mild sweetness and a general sense of blandness. M: Light and watery with a medium level of carbonation. O: Rather crappy; just like all the gluten free beers Ive had.

Draught. Pours dark yellow with a small, fizzy white head, mostly diminishing with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (cookie, cereal, meal), light hop (herbs), average yeast (dough, earth) with notes of apple, sorghum, nutmeg, and pepper. Light bodied, slick texture, average carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. Man am I glad I do not need a gluten free diet.

Uhh, this beer fails to come close to anything in its description. It is tour, rotten, and sorghum-infested. Not a good one, in fact a really poor GF beer.
