Bottle. Clear golden color, pretty much flat. Aroma of raw bread. Taste is bready, light bitterness. brokensail (16645) - Dublin, California, USA - AUG 28, 2011
A: The beer pours a clear golden color with no head to speak of.
S: A mild pepper note as well as some "malt", rice, and cardboard. There’s definitely some apple and crappy tofu aroma. A little bit of soap and water in there, too.
T: Apples and water, soap, and more of the wonderful crappy tofu character. There’s plenty of wet cardboard with a mild sweetness and a general sense of blandness.
M: Light and watery with a medium level of carbonation.
O: Rather crappy; just like all the gluten free beers I’ve had. bhensonb (15739) - Woodland, California, USA - JUN 26, 2013

Uhh, this beer fails to come close to anything in it’s description. It is tour, rotten, and sorghum-infested. Not a good one, in fact a really poor GF beer. BeerandBlues2 (13802) - Escondido, California, USA - SEP 29, 2009
Draught. Pours dark yellow with a small, fizzy white head, mostly diminishing with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (cookie, cereal, meal), light hop (herbs), average yeast (dough, earth) with notes of apple, sorghum, nutmeg, and pepper. Light bodied, slick texture, average carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. Man am I glad I do not need a gluten free diet. slowrunner77 (12799) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 26, 2014
"this one tasted odd but smelled pretty good. odd mix of grain corn, and orange cream soda, like i said...smells better than it tastes. not much else going on." shrubber85 (11609) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - SEP 8, 2013
Bottle. Sweet, medicinal aroma. Golden yellow with minimal head. Sweet floral orange/lemon flavor with light medicinal finish. Fruity and light - thankfully I’m not gluten-intolerant though.
