Draft at spacebar. Pours hazy bright amber with a bubbly white head. Tastes light, fruity, nutty, grassy, like mildly sweet citrus and mild hops. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like sweet citrus hops. sonnycheeba (6259) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - SEP 10, 2014
Tap. Pours mostly clear amber with creamy white head. Aroma is cereal and bready malts, floral hops, light orange peel. Flavor is a good balance of bready malts and lightly bitter hops with some floral notes and citrus esters. Medium body and carbonation. Bulk_Carrier (6065) - Vermont, USA - SEP 1, 2014
Thanks Sierra for the bottle.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a glossy orange color with a thin white mushroom cap of a head. Once the head died down, there’s a light soapy lacing clinging and then sliding into the beer.
The smell had a fair amount of citrus hops with a decent balance of caramel malts.
The taste was pretty messed the same.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium with a slight sessionability about it. The carbonation seemed alright for the style and for me.
Overall, a mostly average pale ale. I’d probably only have again if offered. richdorchak (16) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - JAN 21, 2014
This is probably the most average pale ale I have ever tasted. There really could be so much more here, but overall the beer tastes like it is missing something. Disappointing, and probably the last Lost Rhino beer I will try...all have been a let down. MadRobin (2988) - Silver Spring, Maryland, USA - OCT 21, 2013
On tap at The Brick at Black Bear Bistro in Warrenton, VA.

Aroma of honey, caramel, biscuit, citrus and tropical fruit.
Taste of citrus, caramel, tropical fruit, pale malt and biscuit.
Medium body and medium/low carbonization.

Draught @ Galaxy Hut, Arlington, VA. Pours slightly hazy light amber with small white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus. Ditto taste. Birter aftertaste. OK Quite nice to celebrate my #1600 in a VA den, sharing my ideas with a drunken local English teacher. radio_nowhere (1472) - Maryland, USA - SEP 1, 2013
Draft at Buffalo Wild Wings. Served in a lager glass, amber’ish golden color with white head. Aroma of citrus hops, sweet pale malt and a slight floral note. Taste adds more hop dimension with fruity and piney notes, nice bitterness, with grainy/slight caramel malt balance. Light body, moderate carbonation, bitter, balanced with dry hop lingering finish. Pretty nice. strongpieman (1651) - Mount Airy, Maryland, USA - JUN 14, 2013
