light and smooth nitro infused IPA, offered a nice body to a good solid IPA, Headbanger (3992) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - SEP 10, 2008
16oz draft(Liberty Tap Room & Grill) 8/11/08-Had a hazy amber body with a big nitro head. Aroma of a little malt. Taste of malt and not much hops. Not very tasty. emacgee (4674) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - APR 30, 2008
Got a sample of this at the WBF. Brewer said it was a nitro IPA. Poured and felt that way so I’ll believe him. Pours a copper amber with a creamy offwhite head. The nose was sweet, citrusy, resinous hops. Nice nose. The flavor is a step down though, a bit waxy, subdued flavor, bad aftertaste. The mouthfeel is very creamy. 00cobraR (1103) - Greensboro, North Carolina, USA - SEP 30, 2006
Nitro. Pour out a golden yellow color with a huge head. Aroma is grassy and somewhat hoppy. Flavor is very much the same and it seemed a little flat to me. jcwattsrugger (12418) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUN 8, 2006
on tap-pours a white head with orange-copper color. Light body and taste, dry, slight bitter.

@ Tyler’s taproom Durham 5/31/06. Nitro pour. Ok nose, soft citrus. Clean orangy copper color, Big head and good lace with the nitro. Bitter flavor, grapefruit mainly with that nitro thing. Medium body, thin creamy mouthfeel, bitter dry finish.
Don’t know why you’d do an IPA nitro, but not bad doubleipa (224) - Georgia, USA - APR 10, 2006
Nice appearance as a result fo the nitro tap. Very creamy head, as expected Aroma is lacking the typical hoppiness of an IPA. Flavor is only average. There are plenty of citrus and flowers, but could have more hops added. Served waaaay too cold, but tasted better as it warmed up. Suttree (6360) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 24, 2005
Sampled at 2005 Asheville Brewer’s Jam. Nitro pour. Orange gold, thick creamy head. Decent grapefruit aroma, but faint. Juicy citrus hops and a metallic edge. Crisp finish. Fish (440) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 15, 2005
Beer #10 for me at the WBF in Durham. Really unimpressed with this beer. No aroma to speak of. Very plain, watery palate, which I find annoying an annoying quality in IPAs. I’ve had macro IPAs better than this. GeneralGao (3614) - Iowa City, Iowa, USA - AUG 8, 2005
Draught at Tyler’s in Durham. Clear yellow color with thick white nitrogenated head. Not much nose suprisingly. Not much hop bitterness or flavor for an IPA, but they’re there in the background. The relative lack of hoppiness and carbonation remind me of the average biiter you might have in England (reminded me of Flowers bitter, for ex). Decent beer. Easy to drink.
