Poured from the tap at the at Pearlz Oyster Bar in Charleston, SC into a shaker glass.
Aroma- Has a malt and caramel aroma.
Appearance- Pours a reddish amber with a small tan head.
Taste- Has a malt and caramel flavor
Palate- A medium bodied heavily carbonated beer.

Over carb with a bitter bite. Nice balance though. Chalky on tongue. Not very sweet. Aroma light hop. An average bitter hop red.

At the brewery. Grain driven nose and palate. Nice hoppy finish. Slight haze and nice red color. Liked it as usual for this brewery.

On tap at the World Beer Festival - Columbia on 01/22/2011. Clear reddish amber body with a small off-white head. Sweet toasty malt aroma. Toasty malt flavor with light friut and slight graininess. Medium body with moderate carbonation.
