Cask @ Dirty Dick’s, Halifax. Pale gold thick creamy head. Hopped with light dry fruity notes. Easy enough drinking for its strength. niquillis (2752) - Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 17, 2015

Cask-conditioned at the Cambridgeshire & Lincolnshire Beeriodical, at the Seven Stars, Bristol, August 2012. Deep gold with a decent, off-white head. Floral hops dominated, with some caramel, cereal malts and a dry finish with prominent alcohol. Good. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - AUG 15, 2012

Kings Head, Norwich. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, caramelly, sweet malty and mild floral and nectary notes. Flavour is being rather similar. Pleasant and refreshing golden ale.
Cask - The Kings Head, Norwich. Poured a clear golden amber with a small, bubbly & mostly fasing whie head. Quite a rich malt bill it would seem, coupled with the prominence of the alcohol - even at just 5.5% - giving it a bit too much sweet warmth that undermines the otherwise dryish grapefruit, lemon pith & marmalade hop character. Medium-ish body, softly spritzed on the palate with a lingering bittersweet finish.

Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Thick, syruppy sweet hops, which have a bitter start and aslightly warming orange fruit finish. Pretty good, but slight strength on the finish is not entirely to my taste. madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - MAY 22, 2011

Slightly hazy gold beer. Smooth palate. Lots of juicy hops. Grapefruit and pineapple. Nice - very quaffable.
Cask. At Market Porter, Borough. Hazy pale gold with an average white head. Very pungent grassy aroma, slightly fruity. Taste of mild grain and lemongrass, very fresh and decently bitter; refreshing. Sticky, astringent mouthfeel - crisp, nicely carbonated, and real quencher. Rune (12753) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAY 19, 2008
Half pint, cask version, of this well bodied ale served lightly chilled at The Dove Street Inn. Slightly cloudy, straw-golden body with only a few patches on the surface. Moderate aroma of mellow fruits. Well balanced flavour of malt, sweet pears and sappy oranges. Rounded bitter ending (Ipswich, 04.05.2008). FatPhil (16102) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - NOV 22, 2007
Cask (Gallow’s Bird, Espoo, Real Summer Ale Festival 2004)
Light gold, tiny head. Hoppy aroma. Taste however it dominated by alcohol. Yes there’s a simple bitter under that, but at 5.5% the alcohol should not be so prominant.
