Cask in the wetherspoon in Peterborough. Alround rating: Roasty malts, yeasty, smokey character, iodine, grassy bittering hops. Bad man, just like bad.

StueyD (1582) - Heacham, Norfolk, ENGLAND - JUL 27, 2006
A mid golden brown coloured beer with a weak head. A light nose of a weak biscuity malt aroma. The taste is dry, malty and biscuity, the finish is dry, malty and a little thin on the mouth. (Cask - @ The Fox & Hounds, Heacham, Norfolk).

JonMoore (2067) - Loughborough, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - NOV 12, 2005
Cask handpump at the Swan in the Rushes, Loughborough. Gold colour with nice creamy white head. Hoppy, lightly fruity aroma. Fruit and citrus elements dominate the flavour, grapefruity, hoppy and dry. Very nice.

Cask (gravity dispense). Beer #10 at Bedford Beer Festival 2005. Obviously not just an April seasonal. And this would do very nicely year round. Mid gold colour. Big Cascade hop aroma. More restrained flowery hop on the palate with lots of juicy, squashy tropical fruit - melon and mango. More citric grapefruit notes come through towards the finish. Despite all those aromatic elements, the overall feel is dry and refreshing. Slips down a treat.
