From bottle. Pours copper/red in color with small head. Milt aroma of hops and malt. Taste is bread malt, with sweetness and great hop crispness to finish.

Bottle. 12/15/12. Interesting ipa with low hippiness and smooth finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma is grainy malts and fruit. The flavor is fruit, mildly nutty malts and a hint of citrus hops in the finish.

vikingguy (1106) - Carver, Minnesota, USA - DEC 13, 2012
Copper color with very little head. Sweet caramel malt aroma. Taste - toasted, bisquity malt. Caramel and brown sugar. Grassy hops adds some balance to the sweetness. This is not an IPA but better than I was expecting.

crazyvin (2026) - New York, USA - DEC 11, 2012
Not exactly a force to be reckoned with. A nice copper body with a white head that had some lace, but barley any retention. Aroma was of mild sweet grains, there was a slight corn element. Some astringent notes. flavor was mostly sour with a little bit of sweetness from the malts. Finish was smooth, carbonation was adequate. Kind of watery.

Bottle. Even for a british IPA this is very redundant on the hop front. Just a disappointing bottle of uninspiring maltiness.

Bottle courtesy of mr_h. Medium brown colour, reasonable head. Sour grassy caramel malt aroma. Dry malt flavour. Very watery. Bad bitter.

mr_h (6122) - Ayr, SCOTLAND - DEC 9, 2012
355ml bottle from Tesco, Ayr - clear orange brown, almost non-existent white head, malty and resin aroma and flavour, bitter with a bitter aftertaste

berkshirejohn (6827) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - DEC 7, 2012
355ml bottle from Morrisons. Copper coloured with a ring of translucent head; malty aroma; rather stewed malty flavour, with a sweet toffee finish. How could anyone label such a malty beer as an IPA?

2.2
DMLINAZ (332) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - DEC 6, 2012
Malty aroma. Thin, light bodied. Flavor is malty, slightly roasted, no hops to speak of.
