Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours clear copper with a slight beige head that left quickly. Aroma is floral/herb with a caramel backing. Suggests cola sort of. Med body. Flavor is odd. There’s a veg/herb hop thing. Malt backing. Suggests an insecticide aroma - the kind made from flowers*. It’s not terrible, but I’ve never had anything like it. Unique flavors fer sure.

Bottle. Poured an amber color with a small sized head. Aromas of grains, bread, and some toast. Watery tastes of the same. slowrunner77 (12804) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 26, 2014
"nice head, but the body clearly filtered - overly so. anything in the generic newcastle house malt flavor that works in a brown ale (by no stretch a greatbeer but not offensive) does NOT work in an ipa. this is actually laughable as an ipa, english style or not. little hop presence except to contradict the muddled malt flavor and add a touch of bitterness. this beer is a waste of time. got thrugh 10 oz of 12 before pouring. absolutely don;t get the higher scores." shrubber85 (11618) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - NOV 6, 2012
Bottle. Toffee malt and orange peel aroma. Amber with moderate head. Lightly sweet toffee malt and moderately bitter orange peel hops flavor. Light metallic aftertaste. Not bad but not great.
