Cask (gravity) @ 27th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2010, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.
Clear medium amber colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity - berry notes, light to moderate yeast, overriped fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, yeasty, overriped fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat.
Cask (gravity dispense) at Pigs Ear Beer Festival, day 3 on 2 December 2010. Amber colour. Biscuity malt. Light tangy hops. Some sweetness. A run-of-the-mill best bitter maybe but solid enough.

Pigs Ear. Hazy amber beer, no head. light dry palate. Fairly well balanced. Light malt, some tangy hop. Utterly standard stuff but competently done.
