No head whatsoever. Bubbled like a soda then disappeared. Nose of roasted malts. Dark brown in color. Taste has a bit of smokiness in it. This is a unique beer, but not a good beer. 12 ounce bottle. Transluscent brown color with a very small tan head that disappears immediately after pouring. Sweet roasted caramel malt nose hints at cocoa. Taste is more coffee, chocolate with some earthy malt. Some spicy hops in finish. No noticeable wheat, cloves or banana esters at all. Not like any Dunkelweiss I have ever had. Disappointing. cocoa, wheat, toasty and nutty notes. The taste is chocolate, caramel, wheat, banana-like fruits, faint hops. Medium
bodied. Pretty tasty.

Wow this is weird, I poured and it is quite a dark brown with a head that dissipates as quick as you can blink. After dissipated you see a swirl that looks like you back-washed in your beer spin around for 30 seconds before turning a solid color. Smells of bananas and strong coriander/clove. Yeah, cloves are real strong with a hint of banana. Watery texture with higher carbonation and finishes with the carbonation bouncing on your tongue but not dry. I’m not a fan of this style. Six pack from Wines & More in Mansfield. Pours our a very dark ruby brown with a thin fizzy tan head that goes away quickly. "Funky" earthy aromas. Flavor is very earthy - reminds me of an oyster stout with its sweet-mineral notes. No banana or clove detected at all. Some chocolate. Slighty sour on the finish. 12 oz. bottle. Pours an opaque dark brown with a thin spritzy tan head that vaporized before my eyes and left no lace. The aroma is toasted, almost burnt actually, bananas with some mild roasted malt and a few hints of wheat poking through as well. The flavor is really dominated by the burnt banana followed by some wheat grain with a bit of toast. Somewhat ashy in the finish. Malt, roast, and wood in the aroma. Flavor starts with roast and smoke, and a little caramel sweetness. Finish is bitter with faint chocolate. Better than I expected.
