Arms, London. Slightly hazy goldeny orange colour with no head. Aroma is apples, some farmyard, earth and mild yeasty notes. Flavour is sweet and tart apples with some earthy and mild wooden and vanillaish notes. Rather dry palate. Tasty.
Polypin @ 11th Ayrshire Real Ale Festival. Listed at 6.5%. Unclear green-golden colour, no head. Aroma is medium sour apple, massive cheese. Flavour is sour apple and a little boozy. Low carbonation. Slightly sweet and sour finish. Tonkun (1296) - New Jersey, USA - APR 17, 2010

Lovely cloudy orange colour. Big tarty apples. Loads of flavour and a really pleasing mix of soft carbonation and dryness. Light spicy note on the finish. Decent stuff.
Polypin at Merton Summer Beer Festival September 2004, sticker staes 7.2% Poured golden but there was a slight haze, initially sweet but this was quickly followed by a sharpness, once yet settled down with this it was a very nice little cider strength never really comes across either too much. Gave the impression of a thick one, but the flabour is nice. Very good aroma. DJMonarch (9179) - Northwich, Cheshire, ENGLAND - MAR 6, 2006
Cask Stillage at the Town Hall, Stockport 30/05/2003
Clear golden coloured with a slightly cloudy appearance. Fruity flavour. Slightly dry finish. tiggmtl (4545) - East York, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 16, 2005
Leafy and tart appleskins in the musty, lightly farmy aroma. Hazy pale golden-yellow body is very still and quite viscous. Sweet and tart apples blend nicely in the funky, farmy, cheesey flavour with some woody notes. Dessert-like without being overly sweet. Alcohol is never notable but for a light warming sensation. Thick and viscous in the mouth. One of my favourites of the festival. Barrel at GBBF 2005. imdownthepub (14557) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 19, 2004
Cask at Merton Beer Festival ’04. Cloudy peachy colour. This is a very satisfying warm rosy cider, nicely balanced between acidic and sweet. There is a skinny, pippy background flavour, very impressive.
