Dirty medium brown body with a large, creamy, off-white head. Strong aroma of dark roasted malt, ash, and faint fruits. Strong flavour of dark roasted malt, ash, and a touch of fruity yeast. Light sweet and moderate bitter taste. Mid-bodied, creamy texture that dries up in the finish, soft carbonation. Pretty nice, but I had hoped for a more pronounced hop influence.
