COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

20 IBU, 13.5P, EBC 6.

Zlotta (4151) - Hagen, GERMANY - DEC 29, 2017
0.33 l bottle from 'Rudat', bottled in June 2017. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, moderately fruity, slightly floral and a bit spicy aroma of lemon, rhubarb, sea-buckthorn and some hay. Moderately sweet, a little sourish, fruity-floral taste of wheat, hay, quince, honey and a touch of spruce, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little tart, slightly dry and a bit spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant, quaffable and refreshing beer, nothing exceptional but very interesting to try.

Aroma Grapefrukt, mango, brød, innestengt lukt, malt, humle. Utseende tåkete gylden nesten uten skum. Smak mango?, appelsin?, brød, sitrus, malt, humle. Fyldig øl med myk munnfølelse, noe ubestemmelig frukt i smaken, middels lang fruktig ettersmak. Flaske kjøpt på Gulating Tromsø, 33cl 4,5% IBU20 BF160619

Aroma; bread, wort, fruit, meadow, grainy caramel. Look; pearl vanishing head, clear pale golden body, when poured slowly. Sediments in bottle. Taste; fruity bread, wort, caramel, pepper note, pale malt, sweet malt - malted pale finish. Feel; normal stuff to palate. Overall; well, not sure what to say - I just enjoyed it as a lager.
